摘 要

自1999年国家提出实施西部大开发战略的不断深化以及“一带一路”建设的大力推进，中西部地区慢慢开始崛起，尤其是这对欠发达边疆地区带来许多的发展机会和面临的新挑战。实践证明，任何一个地区的发展都离不开金融支持，社会的发展根上说走向产业结构的标准化和高级化的趋势。金融集聚是作为现代经济的心，逐步成为学者们的研究热点。本文选择新疆作为研究对象，金融集聚对产业结构升级的影响进行研究。首先相关国内外研究成果进行综述和归纳，为以后各章的研究定理论基础。其次，根据三次产业占比对新疆产业结构和金融业现状做简单描述的基上，采用区位熵法，借鉴已有文献构建指标对金融集聚度分别为总体上和分行业进行测评。结果明，新疆金融集聚度总体上保持增长的趋势，比全国平均水平低。分行业情况看，保险业集聚度很好大于全国水平，银行和证券业需待提升。然后以产业结构水平为被解释变量，引入投资比率，人力资本，政府行为等控制变量，利用新疆2005-2017年的时间序列数据进行回归模型分析各因素对新疆产业结构升级的响，结果表明：整体上，金融集聚对新疆产业结构升级会显著的促进作用，对新疆产业结构升级显著促进作用的因素分别是：银行集聚度，证券集聚度，投资比率，人力资本，与预期一致。表现为阻碍作用的因素分别是：保险业集聚度和政府行为，与预期不一致。

Abstract

Since 1999, the country has proposed to deepen the strategy of developing the western region and vigorously promote the construction of the “Belt and Road”, the central and western regions have gradually begun to rise, especially this brings many development opportunities and new challenges to the underdeveloped frontier regions. .Practice has proved that the development of any region is inseparable from financial support, and the development of society roots toward the trend of standardization and upgrading of industrial structure.As a modern economic heart, financial agglomeration has gradually become a research hotspot for scholars.This paper chooses Xinjiang as the research object, and the research on the impact of financial agglomeration on industrial structure upgrading.Firstly, the relevant domestic and foreign research results are reviewed and summarized, and the theoretical basis for the future chapters is determined.Secondly, based on the ratio of the three industries to the simple description of the industrial structure and the financial industry in Xinjiang, the location entropy method is used to learn from the existing literature construction indicators to evaluate the financial agglomeration and the sub-sector.As a result, Xinjiang's financial agglomeration has generally maintained a growing trend, which is lower than the national average.In terms of industry, the concentration of the insurance industry is much higher than the national level, and the banking and securities industries need to be upgraded.

Then, using the industrial structure level as the explanatory variable, introducing the control variables such as investment ratio, human capital and government behavior, using the time series data of Xinjiang from 2005 to 2017, the regression model is used to analyze the response of various factors to the upgrading of Xinjiang's industrial structure. The results show that: On the whole, financial agglomeration will significantly promote the upgrading of Xinjiang's industrial structure, and the factors that promote the upgrading of Xinjiang's industrial structure are: bank agglomeration, securities agglomeration, investment ratio, human capital, consistent with expectations; The factors of action are: the concentration of insurance industry and government behavior, which are inconsistent with expectations.
