家庭、社会、大学对学生创业意愿的影响研究

摘 要

创业活动对国家经济和创业者本人都具有十分重要的意义。本研究的目的是探求大学生创业意愿的影响因素。

本研究面向南京地区六所高校的大学生,针对他们的创业意愿及其影响因素进行了问卷调查,共收集了224份有效问卷。并采用了频数分析、描述性统计分析、信效度分析、方差分析、相关分析、分层回归分析、Sobel检验对大学生家庭背景、教育背景和社会背景中可能影响大学生创业意愿的各种因素进行了研究。研究发现,影响大学生创业意愿的因素有:专业;父母、亲戚、老师中是否有创业者;父母、朋友对自己创业的支持程度;创业教育;大学的创业支持政策;大学生对政府和金融机构的创业支持政策的了解程度。同时大学生的父母、老师是创业者;父母、朋友对自己创业的支持程度;大学的创业支持政策以及对金融机构的创业支持政策的了解程度也能能够经由影响大学生的创业态度和创业自我效能进而影响其创业意愿。

主要创新之处是综合分析了外部环境因素和个人特质因素对大学生创业意愿的影响,并据此提出了更具针对性的建议,以有效提升大学生创业率和创业质量。

ABSTRACT

Entrepreneurial activities are of great significance to the national economy and entrepreneurs themselves. In the era of " mass entrepreneurship and innovation ", improving the ability of college students to innovate and start a business is the top priority. The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial Intention.

This research is aimed at college students from six universities in Nanjing. I conducted a questionnaire survey on their entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors. A total of 224 valid questionnaires were collected. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and sobel test were used to study the factors that may affect college students' entrepreneurial intention in the family background, educational background and social background. The study found that factors affecting college students' entrepreneurial intention include: major,whether there are entrepreneurs among parents, relatives, and teachers; the degree of entrepreneurial education, the degree of support of parents and friends for their own entrepreneurship, university entrepreneurial support policy and the degree of understanding of college students' entrepreneurial support policies of financial institution. At the same time, At the same time, the parents and teachers of college students are entrepreneurs; the degree of support of parents and friends for their own entrepreneurship; the university’s entrepreneurial support policy and the understanding of financial institutions’ entrepreneurial support policies can also influence their entrepreneurial intention through the influence of college students' entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.

The main innovation of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the impact of external environmental factors and personal traits on college students' entrepreneurial intention, and based on this, put forward more targeted recommendations to effectively improve college students' entrepreneurial rate and entrepreneurial quality.
