摘 要

随着绿色发展与全民健身时代的到来，绿道在居民的生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色，绿道也日益成为休闲业态的重要组成部分。本研究从人口统计学特征与绿道规划建设两个方面出发去探寻城乡绿道满意度的影响因素及其影响程度，并就城乡差异进行比较分析。通过对南京市城市与乡村的绿道发放问卷，并使用spss22.0，采用方差分析、因子分析与主成分回归对问卷数据进行分析，得出使用者来源地、年龄阶层、文化程度是绿道休闲满意度的人口统计学特征影响因素，其中使用者来源地的不同对乡村绿道的休闲满意度存在差异，不同年龄阶层的绿道使用者对城市绿道的休闲满意度存在显著差异，绿道使用者不同的文化程度对城市绿道的总体满意度存在显著差异。绿道的公共服务因子、生态环境因子、锻炼健身因子等绿道规划建设因子均会影响到城乡绿道休闲满意度的评价。其中，对城市绿道影响程度最大的是管理与维护因子，对乡村绿道影响程度最大的是生态环境因子。最后，根据数据分析的结果，针对南京市城市与乡村绿道的不同特点与共同特点提出不同的建议。针对城市绿道，提出要建设活动多样化绿道、文化型绿道。针对乡村绿道，提出要建设管理有序型绿道、知名型绿道。针对城市与乡村绿道，提出要形成服务型绿道、生态绿道与平安型绿道的建议，为绿道的建设建言献策。

Abstract

With the advent of the era of green development and national fitness, greenway plays a more and more important role in the lives of residents, and greenway has increasingly become an important part of leisure industry. This study explores the influencing factors and degree of urban and rural greenway satisfaction from two aspects of demographic characteristics and Greenway Planning and construction, and makes a comparative analysis of urban and rural differences. Based on the questionnaire of urban and rural greenways in Nanjing, and using SPSS 22.0, the questionnaire data were analyzed by variance analysis, factor analysis and principal component regression. It was concluded that the origin, age class and education level of users were the demographic characteristics influencing factors of Greenway leisure satisfaction. Among them, different origins of users had different leisure satisfaction to rural greenways. Different age groups of Greenway users have significant differences in leisure satisfaction of urban greenway, and different educational levels of Greenway users have significant differences in overall satisfaction of urban greenway. The public service factor, ecological environment factor, exercise and fitness factor of Greenway Planning and construction factors will affect the evaluation of urban and rural greenway leisure satisfaction. Among them, the management and maintenance factors have the greatest impact on urban greenways, and the ecological environment factors have the greatest impact on rural greenways. Finally, according to the results of data analysis, different suggestions are put forward according to the different characteristics and common characteristics of urban and rural greenways in Nanjing. In view of the urban greenway, it is proposed to construct diversified greenways and cultural greenways. In view of the rural greenways, it is proposed to build well-known greenways with orderly management. In view of the urban and rural greenways, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the formation of service-oriented greenways, ecological greenways and safe greenways, and provides suggestions for the construction of greenways.

第一节 研究背景与意义

一、研究背景

近年来，随着城市化水平的不断提升，绿地在城市中日渐减少，在这样的背景下，绿色发展理念越来越成为主流。绿道作为城市绿肺的重要组成部分，在城市生态保护与居民的日常生活中起着重要作用。

与此同时，随着居民人均可支配收入的增加，旅游正从低级版本走向更为高级的大众旅游版本。在新的版本下，人们不仅仅满足于单纯的观光，而是注重在旅游过程中的收获与体验。绿道休闲既满足了观光，也满足了使用者对于收获与体验的需求。同时，在2.0版本中，全域旅游最为火热，而绿道是全域旅游中的至关重要的连接点与游憩点。2018年国务院办公厅印发《关于促进全域旅游发展的指导意见》，其中提到要促进旅游与交通紧密结合发展，绿道不仅仅起着交通连接作用，它本身即为旅游吸引物，从而促进休闲旅游业的发展。
