生态伦理观与旅游可持续发展研究

摘 要

环境伦理研究人与自然之间的道德关系以及人类社会应该持有的价值观念、社会责任和行为规范，是对现代人类环境行为进行的哲学反思。当前旅游的可持续发展面临诸多生态环境问题，从环境伦理角度思考各种问题的成因并探寻解决之道具有重要的意义。

本文以乡村生态旅游地为例，通过定性的研究方法，调查旅游地各方的环境伦理意识水平，分析环境伦理观的概念和构成体系，并在探讨环境伦理意识对于当地生态旅游可持续发展的影响中验证了VBN理论，最后从环境伦理的角度，对案例地的旅游可持续发展提出相关对策和建议。在理论层面上，环境伦理与旅游可持续发展之间的关系是一个值得研究的领域，但现有的研究较少，本研究可以丰富相关研究领域的内容。在实践层面上，研究成果也有助于重塑人与自然的关系，培养人们正确的环境伦理观，促进乡村生态旅游的可持续发展。

Abstract

Environmental Ethics is to study the moral relationship between human and nature and the values, social responsibilities, codes of conduct the human society should hold. Environmental Ethics is the philosophical reflection on the modern human’s environmental behaviors. Nowadays the sustainable development of tourism is facing many environmental problems, considering the causes of various problems and exploring solutions from the angle of environmental ethics is of great significance.

This paper is an exploratory study. Taking a rural ecological tourist destination for example, this study investigated the level of environmental ethics of all stakeholders in the destination mainly through qualitative research methods. The study also discussed the concept and composition of Environmental Ethics. The exploration of the influences of environmental ethic awareness on the sustainable development of local ecological tourism has also verified the VBN theory. Finally, the study has put forward many related suggestions for the sustainable development of tourism. .At the theoretical level, the relationship between environmental ethics and sustainable development of tourism is a field worthy of study, but there is few relevant research, this study can enrich the content of related research fields. At a practical level, the results will also help to reshape the relationship between human and nature, and to foster correct environmental ethics, promote the sustainable development of rural ecotourism.

1.1.1实践背景

良好的生态环境是旅游业持续发展的重要根基。然而当前旅游业过于快速的发展，带来了诸多环境问题，如对景区资源的掠夺式开发、对景观美学价值、生态系统的破坏等。近来逐渐热门的“生态旅游”更是受到人们“生态旅游不生态”的指责，生态旅游地旅游者及当地管理者和居民环境伦理意识的淡薄，使本该是保护环境的生态旅游却造成了对环境的破坏。

要解决生态旅游中的环境问题，除了依靠经济手段、法律手段外，更重要也更持久的还是要运用道德的约束力，着力培养人们的环境伦理观。
