摘 要

近年来，随着医药需求量的不断增长，医药行业逐渐进入快速发展阶段。然而现阶段医药物流的发展明显落后于医药行业的发展，多数医药企业也存在着配送网络不成体系、配送效率低下等问题。构建合理的医药物流配送网络，选择配送中心地址并优化配送路径有助于医药企业降低物流成本、提升整体效益。

论文首先对配送网络优化问题的相关理论及当前研究现状进行了总结和分析。然后针对具体的公司案例，结合医药物流的特点针对性地提出了配送网络优化方案。此方案主要包含二级配送中心选址问题和配送路径优化问题。对于配送中心选址问题，建立了配送中心选址优化模型，并通过LINGO软件进行求解。对于配送路径优化问题，建立了配送路径优化模型，然后运用改进节约算法对实际案例进行求解分析。

A Study on the Optimization of A Pharmaceutical Company’s Drug Distribution Network

Abstract

In recent years, with the growing demand for medicine, the pharmaceutical industry is gradually entering a new stage of rapid development. However, the development of pharmaceutical logistics is significantly behind the development of the pharmaceutical industry, and there exist problems such as chaotic distribution network, inefficient distribution activities and so on in most most pharmaceutical companies. Construction of reasonable medical logistics can help pharmaceutical companies reduce logistics costs and enhance overall efficiency.

Firstly, the optimization of the distribution network theory and current status of research on these questions are summarized and analyzed. Then for the case of a specific company, a optimization of distribution network is put forward combining the characteristics of pharmaceutical logistics. This program mainly consists of the sitting of the second level distribution center and distribution routing problem. For the distribution center location problem, a location optimization model is established and solved by the software called LINGO. For the distribution routing problem, a routing optimization is established and it is solved by an improved saving algorithm.

近年来，随着生活水平的不断提高，人们对身体健康重视程度越来越高，医药需求量也随之增长。目前，医药行业越来越受到政府及公众的广泛关注，并逐渐进入繁荣发展阶段。巨大的发展空间给医药行业带来机遇的同时也带来了巨大挑战，为了实现长远发展，医药企业开始着手从各方面提高自身竞争力。

经营过程中，企业最初通过降低生产成本和提高劳动生产率来增加利润，但随着企业不断成长，生产成本和劳动生产率都趋于稳定，两种利润源泉开发潜力越来越小。因此企业开始把注意力转移到物流成本的控制上，试图以此来增加利润。近几年，医药物流企业也开始将物流作为新的利润源。然而，我国医药物流起步相对较晚，现阶段落后的物流系统与不断增长的药品需求之间存在着巨大矛盾，这极不利于医药企业乃至行业的长期发展。因此，可以通过优化医药物流各环节中的活动，降低成本增加利润。
