摘 要

上世纪末开始，我国农业经历了近二十年的市场化改革，农民的生产经营方式也已发生了翻天覆地的变化，同时农民所面临的风险也变得日趋多样化和复杂化。在自然和市场的双重风险下，农民应当采取怎样的方式去面临风险，如何提高我国农民农业生产交易决策的科学性等等，都具有非常重要的现实意义。在风险应对的过程中，势必会面临小农自身决策理性与否的问题。关于农民理性与道义的讨论在农村社会学中已较为成熟，不论是经济理性还是道义理性的小农，“道义-理性”视角下农民的风险应对可以是多样化的。以往对农民风险应对的实证研究中，学者往往会将小农默认为生产粮食作物的农民，但是在分析小农的风险应对行为时，果农较一般的粮食作物农民而言会承担更大的风险，因此，选取果农作为研究对象来从理性的视角判断其风险应对是具有典型性和研究意义的。

本研究是以河南省虞城县乔集乡为研究个案，从“道义”和“理性”的视角分析乔集乡果农在面临自然和市场风险时，会选择规避还是直面，会以个人还是集体的单位去应对风险，进而分析其应对风险是出于斯科特的“道义”，还是波普金的“理性”。基于对乔集乡32位果农的问卷调查、3位果农、1位合作社成员及2位村委会代表人员的深度访谈资料，实证评估出了果农作为农业生产者所面临的风险及其风险偏好，并发现果农的风险应对模式实为道义与理性的交叉体现，在果农生产经营过程中，道义理性可以成为经济理性的激发因素，两者是可以共生共存与相互转化的。中国小农在道义与理性的此消彼长中选取应对风险的不同方式。

Abstract

At the end of the last century, China's agriculture has undergone a market reform for nearly twenty years, and the mode of production and operation for farmers has changed dramatically. At the same time, the risks faced by the farmers are becoming increasingly diversified and complicated. Under the dual risk of nature and market, how farmers face risks and how to improve the scientificity of farmers' agricultural production and trade decisions, and so on, have very important practical significance. In the process of risk response, it is bound to face the problem of rational decision-making of small farmers themselves. The discussion on Farmers' rationality and morality has become already mature in rural sociology. Whether it is economic rationality or moral rationality, the farmers' risk coping can be diversified in the perspective of "moral rationality". In the previous empirical study of farmers' risk response, scholars tend to default farmers as farmers for grain crops, but when analyzing the risk response behavior of small farmers, the fruit farmers will take more risk than the general grain crop farmers. Therefore, choosing fruit farmers as a research image to judge their risks from the rational perspective. It is of typical and research significance.

This study takes Qiao Ji town of Yucheng County in Henan Province as a case study. From the perspective of "moral" and "rational", it will choose the evasion or the face of the fruit farmers in the face of natural and market risks, and they will deal with the risks in individual or collective units, and then analyze the risk of Scott's "moral". "Or the" reason "of Popkin. Based on the questionnaire survey of 32 fruit growers in Qiao Ji Township and interview of 3 fruit growers, 1 cooperative members and 2 village committee representatives, the risk and risk preference of fruit growers as agricultural producers were evaluated. In the process of agricultural production and operation, moral rationality can become the stimulating factor of economic rationality. Chinese smallholders choose different ways to deal with risks in moral and rational change.

选题背景及意义

第一节 选题背景

农业生产是自然再生产与经济再生产相互影响并最终嵌入进小农生产与交易的过程，它不仅受到气温、降水、土壤等一系列自然条件的影响，同时也受到市场、生产技术、乡村政策等社会文化因素的影响。在小农的角度来看，这些具有不确定性的影响因素都可以称之为“风险”。

我国当今城乡差距进一步缩小，农村工业化生产水平也进一步提升，但是由于地理、人文及历史等因素，各地区农村之间的主要作物与生产方式是大为不同的。经济作物与粮食作物的生产经营与最终收益也会相应有所差异。本文选择豫东地区虞城县乔集乡作为研究对象，虞城县是国家优质红富士苹果基地，乔集乡是该乡镇苹果主产区，县里常年苹果种植总面积达到2.67万公顷，苹果种植已有20余年历史。看似先进发达的果树培育与收益下却仍有许多果农选择卖掉土地，从事粮食作物生产，近些年来，乔集乡的部分苹果无法当季卖掉、没办法卖到好价钱都带来了一系列果农的生存生产问题。果农在面对市场交易时是势单力薄的，在从事果树种植中也基本按照往年的种植经验来做，那么果农若想在市场中获利、使苹果更加高产，他们的决策余地或者说影响他们做出决策的因素都是本文的研究重点。
