摘 要

随着我国2001年加入世界贸易组织以来，经济发展迅猛，全球经济参与程度不断提高，对外开放程度也不断扩大，在全球经济贸易领域的话语权也不断提升。时至今日，中国已经成为了世界第二大经济体，世界最大贸易顺差国，有着世界上最多的外汇储备。人民币的发展也进入了一个新阶段——人民币的国际化阶段。可以说货币的国际化对一国的经济发展、金融秩序会产生重大影响。随着国际化的推进，我国的经济、金融正在产生翻天覆地的变化。而我国关于人民币国际化的研究大多处在借鉴其他货币的国际化道路上，或是汇率对于国际化造成影响上，同质化严重。本文将着重研究我国货币、金融政策的推行与人民币国际化之间的联系。首先选取14种有国际化趋势的货币，以外汇交易量为指标进行国际化的度量，对所得结果分析，探讨国际化程度高的货币拥有哪些共通之处。其次对人民币的国际化情况做一个统计，以便更好的了解人民币这些年的国际化进程具体体现在哪里。最后基于以上分析结果对我国货币国际化政策或是重大突破进行分析，探讨人民币的国际化的现状。得出结论：在经济和贸易规模上人民币已经充分具备了成为国际货币的条件，从央行正在推行的政策中不难看出现阶段的发展重点在于拓宽人民币投资渠道以及完善人民币回流机制。然而在金融市场的开放度，以及汇率这方面人民币依旧存在较大的欠缺。

Abstract

With China's accession to the World Trade Organization in 2001, its economic development has been rapid, the level of global economic participation has continued to increase, and its degree of opening to the outside world has continued to expand. The right to speak in the field of global economic and trade has also continued to rise. Today, China has become the second largest economy in the world. The world’s largest trade surplus country has the world’s largest foreign exchange reserves. The development of the renminbi has also entered a new phase - the internationalization of the renminbi. It can be said that the internationalization of currency will have a major impact on a country’s economic development and financial order. With the advancement of globalization, China’s economy and finance are undergoing tremendous changes. However, most studies on the internationalization of the renminbi in China are based on the internationalization of other currencies, or the impact of exchange rates on internationalization has become severe. This article will focus on the relationship between the implementation of monetary and financial policies in China and the internationalization of the renminbi. First of all, we will measure the degree of internationalization of 14 kinds of currencies that have international trends. Through analysis and summary, we will explore what common international currencies have. Second, we will make a statistic on the internationalization of the renminbi so that we can better understand the difference between the renminbi and the highly internationalized currency. Finally, based on the commonality of high internationalization currency and the deficiencies of the renminbi, we analyze some of the dynamics of the currency's internationalization in our country and discuss whether it is effective and effective for the internationalization of the renminbi. Finally, we came to the conclusion that the renminbi has fully satisfied the conditions for becoming an international currency on the scale of economy and trade. From the policies that the central bank is implementing, it is not difficult for us to see the central bank’s efforts in widening the channels of RMB investment and improving the RMB return mechanism. . However, in the openness of the financial market, especially the exchange rate, the renminbi still has a large deficit.

摘要

1.1研究背景及意义

自中国加入世贸组织以来，我国的经济得到了飞速的发展，在过去的十七年间中国在全球经济领域的地位越发重要起来，尤其是在贸易方面中国的增长速度令全世界瞩目，这使得我国有了货币国际化的基础。

2008年的金融危机使得我国认识到在现行的货币体系下，中国金融的脆弱性，我国的外汇储备是以美元为主的，当美国爆发金融危机之后美国政府采取贬值政策将危机分摊出去，而拥有巨额美元的储备的中国不得不面对外汇储备大幅缩水的不利形势。这与美国货币体系的监管不到位以及以国际货币储备体系中美元的霸主地位有着直接联系。虽然在这之后我国有采取多元化的外汇储备货币计划，但是巨额外汇储备依旧有着较大的汇率风险。
