摘 要

外商直接投资对我国经济增长起到了诸多方面的影响。现如今，随着我国经济的逐步转型，外商也将投资重点转到第三产业即服务业方向，在一定程度上促进了我国服务业集聚效应的产生，外商投资利用状况正平稳步入“服务经济时代”。随着外商直接投资注入我国服务业市场，大部分服务业行业出现产业集聚效应，关于二者内在机制的研究还尚未成熟，因此本文着重研究外商直接投资对于服务业产业集聚的影响效果，选取山东省12个服务业行业的面板数据进行固定效应回归分析，从市场规模、劳动力资本、劳动力数量等方面进行深入探讨，研究主要分为三个方面：第一，外商直接投资对于服务业整体行业集聚效果的影响；第二，对于集聚水平不同的服务业行业的影响；第三，对于不同性质服务业的影响水平是否存在差异性；综合三种回归结果进行分析，研究表明外商直接投资对于服务业产业集聚具有促进作用，对于低集聚水平服务业行业的促进作用要优于高集聚水平行业，对于生产性服务业的促进作用要优于生活性服务业，而市场规模、劳动力资本和数量对于服务业集聚的作用影响甚微，且对于不同行业效果也有差异。

Abstract

FDI has played an important role in our country's economic growth.Now, with the gradual transformation of our economy, the pattern of foreign direct investment will also focus on the third industry, which we called the service industry.In a word,it also promoted the agglomeration effect of service industry,and the utilization of foreign investment is steadily stepping into the era of service economy. With FDI flowed into our service industry market, industrial agglomeration effect appears in most service industries, and the research on the internal mechanism of the two is not yet mature.Therefore, it focuses on the impact of FDI on service industry agglomeration, selects the panel data of twenty service industries in Shandong province for fixed effect regression analysis, from the size of market, labor capital and quantity.The research is divided into three aspects: first, the impact of FDI on the service industry as a whole; second, the impact on industries with different levels of agglomeration; third, for services of different nature,whether there is any difference in the influence level.The final conclusion is that FDI can promote the agglomeration of service industry ,the effect on low agglomeration level service industry is better than high agglomeration level industry, and promote producer service industry better than living service industry. However, size of market,labor capital and quantity have little effect on service agglomeration, and in different industries have different effects.

第三次科技革命开展以来，随着经济全球化进程的逐渐深入，不同国家经济体和区域经济之间相互共生、相互制约、相互影响已经成为发展的重要趋势，世界也成为一个不可分割的紧密结合的有机体，各国努力构建人类命运共同体也成为一种新颖的共识，任何单一的经济体的增长都离不开国际环境的支持与帮助。在这种情况下，外商直接投资已然变成国际社会投资的主要来源，对外贸易也成为影响区域经济增长的不可或缺的重要因素。
