摘 要
2013年9月至10月,习近平总书记访问了中亚和东南亚各国。在访问期间,习近平总书记提出了“一带一路”战略构想。“一带一路”的战略目的是通过与沿线国家发展区域合作,从而促进经济的共同发展。陕西省早在两千多年前就开启了古代丝绸之路。如今,作为“一带一路”战略的起点与西部大开发的重要枢纽,陕西省迎来国际贸易发展的重要契机。值此时机,陕西省应构建新型经济发展模式,促进国际贸易的发展。
基于以上背景,本文以“一带一路战略下陕西国际贸易面临的机遇和挑战”为题进行深入剖析,以期为陕西国际贸易的发展提供更具针对性的建议。实证分析上,本文选取了2007-2016年的陕西国际贸易进出口额数据,利用STATA软件对数据进行回归,利用数据实证证明“一带一路”战略对陕西国际贸易具有积极影响。理论研究上,本文首先利用钻石模型,结合“一带一路”战略的相关政策,对陕西国际贸易进行分析;其次,本文以西北地区为框架,以陕西省为核心,根据《“一带一路”贸易合作大数据报告(2017)》,对我国各地区国际贸易的特点进行汇总分析,得出西北地区国际贸易具有的优势和劣势。最后,本文对陕西国际贸易的环境进行分析,并针对陕西国际贸易面临的机遇和挑战提出建设性意见。研究结果表明:“一带一路”战略对陕西国际贸易的发展具有积极影响,且陕西省具有一定的国际竞争力。本文据此研究结论,分析了陕西国际贸易面临的机遇和挑战。其中机遇包括:发挥独特的区位优势和能源优势、全方位展开技术和产业合作、大力发展文化旅游产业和教育产业、完善其他相关支持产业;挑战包括:贸易壁垒更加复杂、外贸人力资源匮乏、传统思维阻碍发展、产业结构优化升级。

Abstract
From September to October 2013, general secretary Xi Jinping visited central Asia and southeast Asia. During his visit, general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "One Belt And One Road" strategic concept. The strategy of One Belt And One Road is to promote common economic development by developing regional cooperation with countries along the routes. Shaanxi Province started the ancient Silk Road more than 2,000 years ago. Today, as the starting point of the “One Belt and One Road” strategy and an important hub for the development of the western region, Shaanxi Province welcomes an important opportunity for the development of international trade. At this time, Shaanxi Province should build a new model of economic development and promote the development of international trade.
Based on the above background, this thesis takes the subject of “The Opportunities and Challenges of Shaanxi International Trade under the Belt and Road Strategy” as an in-depth analysis to provide more targeted recommendations for the development of Shaanxi's international trade. Empirical analysis, this thesis selected the 2007-2016 Shaanxi international trade import and export data, using the STATA software to return the data, using the data to demonstrate that the "One Belt and One Road" strategy has a positive impact on Shaanxi's international trade. In theoretical research, this thesis first uses the diamond model and combines related policies of the “One Belt and One Road” strategy to analyze Shaanxi's international trade. Second, this thesis uses the Northwest China as a framework, Shaanxi Province as the core, and the “One Belt, One Road” trade cooperation. The Big Data Report (2017), which summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of international trade in all regions of China, concludes that the advantages and disadvantages of international trade in the northwest region. Finally, this thesis analyzes the environment of Shaanxi's international trade and puts forward constructive suggestions on the opportunities and challenges facing Shaanxi's international trade. The research results show that the "One Belt and One Road" strategy has a positive impact on the development of Shaanxi's international trade, and Shaanxi Province has a certain degree of international competitiveness. Based on this research conclusion, this thesis analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing Shaanxi's international trade. Opportunities include: exerting unique location advantages and energy advantages, all-round development of technology and industry cooperation, vigorous development of cultural tourism industry and education industry, and improvement of other related supporting industries; challenges include: more complex trade barriers, lack of human resources for foreign trade, traditional thinking hindering development, and optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.

选题背景
“一带一路”是“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的简称。2013年9月和10月,中国国家主席习近平在哈萨克斯坦、印度尼西亚等中亚和东南亚各国进行了访问。在访问期间,习近平主席提出建设“一带一路”的战略构想。“一带一路”战略以共同商议、共同建设、共同分享为基础,与沿线的国家建立起区域经济合作贸易的体系,共同发展,共同进步,最终实现利益的统一。“一带一路”战略依靠与之有关联的区域间的经济合作平台,借助我国和其他国家的国际关系,贯彻和平发展的理念,与新丝绸之路经济带沿线的国家积极开展合作,最终实现利益的共同发展。
从国际角度看,随着经济全球化的不断发展,全球的经济结构也逐渐从劳动密集型向新科技领域转变,具体包括了信息技术、科技创新、新能源的开发与利用等方面,因此,各个国家的产业结构也必须随之作出调整;其次,多个西方国家,尤其以美国为首,建立了新经济贸易协议,主要包括TPP(跨太平洋伙伴关系协议)和TTIP(跨大西洋贸易与投资伙伴),以期不断扩大自己的利益,这给发展中国家带来了巨大的经济挑战。
