摘 要
本文对复兴大厦A区的基坑支护以及其施工方案和要求进行了设计和讨论。
首先,根据地质勘查报告和周围环境的调查资料,我们对该项目的施工环境进行了深入的了解,根据得到的资料我们在建筑物的环境和功能的基础上选取了最优的施工方案和结构形式。采用地下连续墙的形式既能提高此基坑支护的可靠性,又能作为永久的地下室外墙结构来节约成本。
然后,进行地下连续墙的计算,采用理正软件利用新规范的m法进行地下连续墙的分段计算。将软件得到的理论值与手算得到的计算进行比较,通过比对采用m法和等值梁法的误差,对误差产生的原因进行分析,来判别两种方法的优劣。
再后,进行了地下室底板的设计以及竖向钢管混凝土的承载力计算。这两者,无论是作为临时支护结构还是作为地下室的构件承受永久荷载,都是十分重要的构件。
此计算书,着重对地下连续墙逆作法中的多工况内力进行比较分析,取最大值进行构件的设计,对其他类似工况的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract
This paper designs and discusses the foundation pit support and its construction plan and requirements in the reconstruction area A of Renaissance Building.
First of all, according to the geological survey report and the surrounding environment survey data, we have a deep understanding of the construction environment of the project, according to the information we have based on the building environment to select the optimal construction program and structure.
Then, the calculation of the underground continuous wall is carried out, and the sub-calculation of the underground continuous wall is carried out by using the new method of Lizheng software. The theoretical value obtained by the software is compared with the calculated calculation.
Then, the design of the basement floor and the bearing capacity of the vertical concrete-filled steel tube were calculated. Both of them, both as a temporary support structure and as a basement member with permanently loads are very important components.
This calculation book focuses on the comparative analysis of the internal forces in the reverse wall of the underground continuous wall, and takes the maximum value to carry on the design of the component, which has certain guiding significance to the design of other similar working conditions.
