摘 要
氧化石墨烯(GO)是近几年备受关注的一种新型纳米材料,是一种化学修饰的石墨烯,具有羟基,羧基和环氧基官能团,这种官能化形式的石墨烯能够产生在水中稳定的以GO单层薄片为主的分散体。其应用在生物传感器、靶向给药、抗菌材料、离子交换材料、细胞成像、饮水的净化处理、环境保护等领域中的研究都有所进展。当前,相比于碳纳米管等其他纳米材料,氧化石墨烯具有廉价的成本,轻微的毒性,较高的产量和良好的亲水性等诸多优点,这都使其在生物医学界受到了广泛的关注。研究表明,氧化石墨烯纳米层的抗菌活性很好,同时对细胞的毒性很小。但是,氧化石墨烯(GO)可能产生的对于不同种类细菌的抗菌作用并未得到系统的解析,而且其可能的作用机制也不十分清楚。绿脓杆菌是一种常见的革兰氏阴性细菌,能够令人和动物染病。在此,我们对石墨烯材料对绿脓杆菌的抗菌活性进行了系统地研究,本实验将分析GO对于绿脓杆菌的杀菌作用及其作用机制。在探究GO对微生物的抗菌活性的同时,为揭露其潜在的抗菌机理做准备。

Research on the bactericidal effect of graphene oxide on Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Abstract
Graphene oxide(GO) is a kind of new nano materials,which is focused highly these years.It’s a chemically modified graphene having a hydroxyl group, an epoxy functional group and a carboxyl group.Such functionalized graphene can form a stable water to produce a monolayer sheet GO based dispersion.GO has got great achievement in biosensor,targeted drug delivery,antibacterial material,ion-exchange material,cell imaging,the purification of drinking water,environmental protection and many other fields.Now,the low cost,low toxicity,high yield and good hydrophilicity of GO are made it got more attention in biological medicine,compared with the carbon nanotubes. Researches show that the nano layer of graphene oxide has nice antimicrobial activity and little cytotoxicity.But the antimicrobial activity of GO on different bacteria is not anaylsed systematically.And its possible mode of action is not known.Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common gram-negative bacteria that can make people and animals sick.In this research,we do a systematic research of GO’s antimicrobial activity on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and analysis the bactericidal effect and mode of action of GO on Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Study on GO antibacterial activity against microorganisms ,and prepare for reveal its potential antibacterial mechanism.
