摘要

本次毕业设计的工程项目是扬州772地块蜀冈小区B1区工程 B-11住宅楼，以三个人为一组，根据任务书的工作分配，分别进行招标人、咨询人和投标人的工作。本人负责的部分为第三部分，即从投标人的角度，进行投标施工组织设计以及投标报价的编制工作。施工组织设计主要为投标施工组织设计，主要体现对投标项目的准确把握以及对实际施工可能产生问题的解决办法。投标报价依据工程量清单，结合实际进行编制。在毕业设计的过程中,首先同学们协力计算了清单工程量，编制了工程量清单，随后通过进行投标报价的编制工作。于此同时，进行施工组织设计的编制。同时在此次的毕业设计中，本人协助招标人进行了项目管理策划以及招标文件的编制，帮助咨询人进行投标控制价的计算.在这次毕业设计中，本人联系实际地巩固了大学期间所学习的知识，在老师的帮助和同学们的协作下，解决了遇到的种种问题，实在是收益颇丰。

Abstract

The graduation project is Yangzhou 772 block Shu Gang district B1 project B-11 residential building，according to the assignment of the task book, respectively, we formed a group of three to work as the tender, consultants and bidders .I am responsible for the part of the third part,From the perspective of the bidders,do the tender construction organization design and tender offer preparation work.Construction organization design mainly for the tender construction organization design,Mainly reflects the exact grasp of the tender project and the actual construction may cause problems in the solution.The tender offer is based on the bill of quantities, combined with the actual preparation.In the process of graduation design, the first classmates worked together to calculate the amount of inventory works, the preparation of the bill of quantities, and then through the super list of tender offer preparation work.At the same time, the construction organization design.At the same time in the graduation project, I help the tender to the project management planning and the preparation of tender documents to help consultants to calculate the tender control price,In this graduation project, I contact the actual consolidation of the university during the study of knowledge, in the teacher's help and the collaboration of students, to solve the problems encountered, it is a very good income.
