摘 要

近年来，随着经济的发展与社会的进步，人们对于生命健康的重视程度也日益加深。在互联网高度普及的今天，在国家“互联网 ”的政策背景下，医疗领域的互联网化也成为目前的热门话题。但由于资金成本或者知识认知的限制，不少医疗机构依然存在着高成本、低效率的工作方式。为了提高医院与诊所的工作效率，从一定减缓患者看病难的问题，人们开始尝试从互联网的角度出发，给医院和诊所提供一套线上处理日常业务的方案，医院信息系统(Hospital Information System，HIS)应运而生。

本文通过对实际互联网项目——橙灵医疗业务信息管理系统的开发模式与流程进行阐述，分析与探讨HIS系统的设计与实现。第一章绪论主要分析了国内外HIS系统的实际应用情况进行分析；第二章简要介绍了橙灵医疗业务信息管理系统的开发环境、关键技术；第三章主要介绍系统的需求分析；第四章简要说明了系统的总体设计；第五章具体分析了几个功能模块的实现逻辑；第六章对本文进行总结。

Abstract

In recent years, with the development of economy and the progress of society, people pay more and more attention to life and health level. With the high popularity of the Internet and "Internet plus" policy background, medical field also become a hot topic today. However， because of the limitations of capital and knowledge, many medical institutions still use high cost and low efficiency ways to work. In order to improve the work efficiency of hospitals and clinics, relieve the treatment problem, people try to provide a set of online daily business solutions to hospitals and clinics from the perspective of the Internet, hospital information system (Hospital Information System, HIS) come into being.

This paper expounds the development model and process of a software system, Orange Medical Service Information Management System, to analyzes and discusses the design and implementation of HIS. The first chapter mainly analyzes the practical application of HIS system at home and abroad are analyzed, the second chapter briefly introduces the development environment, the key technology of the information management system of medical service spirit of orange, the third chapter mainly introduces the demand analysis of the system, the fourth chapter is a brief introduction the structure design of the system, the fifth chapter analyzes the specific implementation logic modules, the sixth chapter carries on the summary to this article.

自上世纪50年代，美国国防部组建高级研究计划局（DARPA）的前身ARPAnet为标志开始，现代计算机网络发展至今已有近70年历史。如今互联网已经高度普及，根据2016年8月3日中国网络信息中心（CNNIC）在北京发布的第38次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，中国网民规模已经达到7.10亿，互联网普及率达到51.7%，且增长率稳健，未来必将会有更多人接触、学习、使用互联网。而2016年年底全球网民达到34.2亿人，相当于全球人口的的46%。

处在互联网普及进程中的今天，医疗领域的互联网化也备受瞩目。近年来，随着经济的发展与社会的进步，人们对于健康的重视程度也日益加深。现代生活节奏快，压力大，加上空气污染，食品安全问题，科技进步带来的弊端等等，现代社会人的健康受到了更大的威胁，医疗作为现代生活的民生保障之一，不管是国家还是公民个人都十分重视。为了提高医院与诊所的工作效率，减少工作失误，降低医院与诊所的运营成本，从一定程度上减少医疗机构运营的开销，减缓患者看病难的问题，人们开始尝试从互联网的角度出发，给医院和诊所提供一套线上处理日常业务的方案，HIS应运而生。
