摘 要
对于制造型企业来说,标准工时定额是一个非常重要的话题,其对于一个企业的生产效率具有重要的作用。对于多品种小批量生产的制造企业而言,其生产过程大多为不规则作业,这导致了工时定额的不稳定性以及工时定额时间表的不准确,而这对于一个企业的生产计划是不利的。本文中,用技术测定法对工人的具体操作进行了测量,实现了细小步骤的测时,并使用模块划分的方法,得到相对准确的标准工时定额。此方法解决了多品种小批量生产中工时定额难以全面统计的问题。

Abstract: Through the operation analysis about workers in T company, this article studies the accuracy of the man-hour quota list, and standardize it under the state council. For one manufacturing enterprise, the standard man-hour quota is a very important subject, which plays an important role in the efficiency of an enterprise.For many manufacturing enterprises of varieties and small batch production, the production process mostly irregular operations, which leads to the instability of task time and task time schedule is not accurate, which is unfavorable for the production plan of an enterprise. In the article, the Technique Determine Approach is used to test concrete operation of workers, and the time study of the small steps is implemented. The method of module partition is used to get a relatively accurate standard man-hour quota. This method solves the comprehensive statistical problems of many varieties of small batch production man-hour quota.

对于制造型企业来说,标准工时定额是一个非常重要的话题,其对于一个企业的生产效率重要的作用。简单来说,标准的工时定额有以下的作用:1.效率管理:所谓效率,就是对标准时间达成程度的指数。2.设备能力:用来生产的机械设备能达到多少产能,需要通过工时定额来进行计算。 3.设备计划:通过设备生产的工时定额,将整个车间的设备作最佳的安排。4.人员及负荷计算:与设备相似,人员的产能也需要通过标准工时定额来计算。5.标准产能计算的依据:根据设备与员工的工时定额,带入每日的工作时间来计算标准产能。6.生产计划进度安排:各种产品的生产计划安排都需要使用工时定额。7.日程管理:对应所需生产的产品数量,计划部门依据工时定额计算生产的时间安排。8.人机配合的计算。依照标准时间,才能够最适当地安排人员与设备的比例,以减少人力的浪费。9.生产线平衡的计算:生产计划若安排不当,容易造成过多的瓶颈及空闲时间。需要依据工时定额进行平衡计算。10.人员计划:对应所需生产的产品数量与交货期,计划部门依据工时定额进行人员安排。11.工作方法的改善:对工时定额的研究,可以作为方法改善的依据。12.作业指导训练的标准:在生产现场的作业指导中,工时定额是检验工作效率的依据。13.工作绩效评估及奖金计算:若要实行工作的绩效评估,必须要依据标准工时,其评估才真实可信。14.新产品的开发:开发新产品,可以依据相似产品的标准工时作为时间与成品的参考。15.人工成本计算:通过标准工时定额,可以计算人工成本。16.订定产品价格的参考:通过标准工时,可以将产品成本的一部分计算出来,作为产品价格的参考。
