摘 要

近年来，医疗景观逐渐走进国人的视野，并且也愈发成为园林及康复理疗领域的关注热点，其发展迅速，在国内大中城市都可寻其踪影。其理念是利用人与自然的接触，全方位的恢复和保持人们健康。这个理念起初源于中世纪欧洲的修道院景观花园。在最近三十年以来迅速风靡全球，在发达国家运用极为广泛和成熟。而国内的医院景观大多是开放式的，因此它也属于城市绿地规划的一部分，需要契合当地气候、景观及现有的城市规划。根据调查发现，有氧花园亦是近年城市规划的热点之一，在城市有限的空间内营造出许多小的有氧花园，就如“星星之火可以燎原”一般，可以起到都市绿肺的作用，更新人们的身心环境，并且改善小气候，从而提升生态环境质量，进而优化人们的生活，提高居民的愉悦度，对打造现代化“幸福城市”具有重要意义。

通过分析和实地考量，在这次妇幼保健院景观设计中，将有氧花园的理念与医疗景观相结合，实现对城市有限生态资源的有效利用,为人们提供良好生活和工作氛围，以提升居民幸福感和优化区域面貌,进而推动区域的全面发展。

Landscape Design of Maternal and Child Health Hospital

——Application of aerobic garden in medical landscape design

Abstract

In recent years, the medical landscape has gradually entered the vision of the Chinese people, and it has increasingly become a focus of attention in the field of gardening and rehabilitation physiotherapy. Its rapid development has been found in large and medium-sized cities in China. Its philosophy is to use human and nature contacts to restore and maintain people's health in all aspects. This concept originally originated from medieval landscape gardens in Europe. In the last thirty years, it has rapidly swept the world and has been used in developed countries with a very wide range and maturity. While the domestic hospital landscape is mostly open, it is also part of the planning of urban green space and needs to be compatible with local climate, landscape, and existing urban planning. According to the survey, the aerobic garden is also one of the hot spots of urban planning in recent years. In the limited space of the city, many small aerobic gardens are created, just like “the fire of the stars can plow the plains”, which can serve as the green lung of the city. It can effectively improve the urban heat island effect, improve the surrounding microclimate, thereby enhancing the quality of urban ecological environment, and then optimizing the life of urban residents. It is of great significance for building a modern “happiness city”.

Through analysis and field considerations, in this MCH landscape design, the concept of aerobic garden is combined with the medical landscape to achieve effective use of limited urban ecological resources and create a good living and working environment for urban residents. This will increase the residents’ happiness index and the city’s image and promote the overall development of the city.
