基于健康数据银行的医疗服务供应链服务模式研究

摘 要

随着大数据时代的到来，与人力、物力资源一样，数据作为生产要素也有着举足轻重的地位。在医疗健康领域，大数据的价值体现在数据服务之中，例如面向健康人群的健康管理服务以及面向患病人群的精准医疗服务。目前，医疗数据相对分散，个人、医院等互不相联的信息孤岛问题依然严峻。本研究从健康数据银行的视角，探索基于健康数据银行的医疗服务供应链服务模式以及协同运营模式。本研究在服务供应链、供应链协同等理论的基础上，描述了基于健康数据银行的医疗服务供应链的特征，探讨了健康数据银行在医疗服务供应链中的作用，在此基础上构建了基于健康数据银行的医疗服务供应链的服务模式。对基于健康数据银行的医疗服务供应链服务模式和协同运营模式进行了关联分析，探讨其综合作用。基于健康数据银行，对医疗服务供应链协同运营进行了多角度的流程分析，建立了基于健康数据银行的医疗服务供应链协同管理运营的系统架构，构建了基于健康数据银行的医疗服务供应链协同运营模式。

SERVICE MODEL OF MEDICAL SERVICE SUPPLY CHAIN BASED ON HEALTH DATA BANK

ABSTRACT

With the arrival of the big data era, same as human and material resources, data as a factor of production also has a pivotal position. In the area of ​​health care, the value of big data is reflected in data services, such as the health management services for healthy people and the precision medical services for the sick population. At present, the medical data is relatively scattered, and the unrelated information island problem between individuals and hospitals is still grim. This study explores the service model of medical service supply chain and the cooperative operation mode based on Health Data Bank from the perspective of Health Data Bank. According to the theory of service supply chain and supply chain coordination, this study describes the characteristics of medical service supply chain based on Health Data Bank and discusses the role of Health Data Bank in medical service supply chain. On this basis, this study establishes the medical service supply chain service model based on the " Health Data Bank ". This study analyzes the service model and cooperative operation model of medical service supply chain based on health data bank and discusses its comprehensive effect. Based on the "Health Data Bank", this study carries out the multi-angle process analysis of the cooperative operation of the medical service supply chain, and establishes the system architecture of the cooperative operation and management of the medical service supply chain based on the "Health Data Bank". On this basis, this study establishes the medical service supply chain collaborative operation model based on the "Health Data Bank".
