摘 要
本文对摊铺机螺旋分料器进行建模与设计,主要工作包括:
通过研究螺旋分料器作用下混合料的运动规律,分析螺旋分料器的主要结构和工作参数对分料质量的影响,包括螺旋转速、叶片直径、螺距及螺旋升角等。同时,应用HyperMesh软件对摊铺机螺旋分料器三维模型划分网格,导入Fluent软件对分料器内沥青运动情况模拟仿真,重点分析了螺旋转速对分料器沿螺旋轴向下料量的影响,并探讨沥青运动与摊铺机行走速度的关系。最后,采用变径变螺距螺旋分料器数学模型对螺旋分料机构进行参数优化,从理论上验证了变径变螺距技术的可行性,为改善混合料均匀性、提高摊铺平整度以及为螺旋分料器的设计生产和摊铺施工技术提供可靠依据。

Modeling and simulation of Paver spiral distributor

Abstract:Paver is the main equipment for asphalt concrete pavement construction ,which is responsible for the phenomenon of the crack,loose ,pit and water damage of asphalt pavement. As the important part of paver ,spiral distributor’s function is to make sure the asphalt mixture is evenly distributed to the front of the ironing plate when it is stirred well enough to meet the technical requirements. To improve the dividing effect and spreading quality , lots of researches have been done,which involves the influence of spiral distributor’s structure and working parameters and the movement of asphalt.
The model of paver spiral distributor has been redesigned. The main work includes:
By studying the motion law of pellets under the effect of spiral distributor, this paper analyses the homogeneity of mixture due to the main structure and working parameters including the screw speed, diameter of leaves and the pitch of the helix angle bisection. At the same time, the paver spiral distributor 3D modeling is completed and meshed by HyperMesh. Then the modeling is imported to Fluent CFD software for simulation of movement of asphalt in the distributor . This paper mainly analyses the relationship between spiral feeder speed and quality of asphalt mixture, and discusses correlation of the asphalt movement and stalls paver walking speed. Finally, the variable diameter and variable pitch mathematical model of spiral into feeding mechanism were used to optimize the parameters and theoretically validated variable diameter and variable pitch technology feasibility, in order to improve the paving mixture spread uniformity and paving smoothness. This paper also provides a reliable basis on spiral distributor design production and spreading paving construction technology.

进入2l世纪,我国的公路事业得到了突飞猛进的发展,公路建设是实现全面建设小康社会目标的保证。我国90%的高速公路采用沥青混凝土路面。较之水泥混凝土路面,沥青混凝土路面行车更为舒适,施工技术更加成熟,具有平整、耐磨、无接缝、振动小、可分期修建、施工期短、养护维修简单等优点。因此,高等级公路多以沥青混凝土路面为主,并广泛应用于城际间、城乡间和农村公路上。
