摘 要

本文主要内容是碳酸钙D3片，以碳酸钙和维生素D为主药混合成型所制备的，其中包括交联羧甲基纤维素钠，微晶纤维素，硬脂酸镁，轻质矿物油，交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，聚维酮K30，十二烷基硫酸钠，灰色色素等八种辅料的生产工艺进行研究。

本课题是研究如何制备片剂，选择的方法是湿法制粒，按照处方将除灰色色素，轻质矿物油以外的所有主辅料混合加入到颗粒机中，加入60L的纯化水，进行搅拌15分钟，之后推入到流化床干燥系统。将干燥之后的粉剂颗粒过筛，通过20目筛网得到的粉剂用FETTE3090压片机压片，接下来是将灰色色素，轻质矿物油按照处方的质量，与100L纯化水配置成溶液附着在成型之后的碳酸钙D3片剂表面形成包衣薄膜。最后包装入库。

本文还包括将生产出来的碳酸钙D3片剂的质量研究，《中国药典》现行版2010版本里边对片剂成型的质量有指标，片剂重量差异，脆碎度，粉剂颗粒水分含量，崩解度，溶出度等都做出了一定的指标，本文通过实验验证了所制备的碳酸钙D3片剂是符合标准的。

Study on the Production Technology of Caltrate D3 Tablets

Abstract

The main contents are calcium D3 tablets, calcium carbonate and vitamin D-based medicine mixed molding prepared, including cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, light mineral oil, crospovidone, povidone K30, sodium lauryl sulfate, gray pigment eight kinds of materials production process were studied.

This paper is to study how to prepare tablets, wet granulation method is chosen, according to the prescription of all primary materials except gray pigmented, light mineral oil mix was added to the granulator, adding 60L of purified water, stirred 15 minutes and then pushed into the fluid bed drying system. The dried powder particles after sieved through a 20 mesh sieve to give a powder with FETTE3090 press tableting machine, followed by the gray pigment, light mineral oil in accordance with quality prescriptions, and 100L of purified water into a solution adhered configured calcium carbonate D3 tablet surface formed after forming a coating film. Finally, packaging and storage.

This article also includes the quality of research produced by the calcium carbonate D3 tablets, "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" The current version of the 2010 version of the inside of the tablet molding are indicators of quality, tablet weight variation, friability, moisture content of the powder particles, disintegration degree, dissolution and so made some indicators, the paper experiments show calcium D3 tablets prepared is standard.

片剂是药物与辅料均匀混合后压制而成的片状或异形片状的固体制剂。片剂主要是口服普通片，也有舌下片、口腔贴片、咀嚼片、含片、泡腾片、分散片、阴道片、口腔贴片、速释或控释片与肠溶片等。系指药物，农药和适宜的辅料通过制剂技术制成的片状制剂。由原药、黏结剂、吸附剂、原药、润滑剂、香料、分散剂、原药、崩解剂、色料几种物质组成。
