摘 要

论述Bim技术即信息化模型的起源及其在房建工程领域的主要运用,选取AudeskRevit作为建模软件,明确建模方法,阐述Bim中族和族库的概念及其重要性,比对CAD结构图纸,明确图纸在族库中未存在的构件,并根据图纸给予的尺寸进行建立,建立工程学院楼的结构模型,主要包含结构梁,结构柱,带有构造层的楼板等等。完成模型后,小组进行结构,建筑,机电的整合,完善建模偏差和错误。进行CAD出图,并用Autodesk Naviswork和Lumion等基于Bim的核心软件进行模型的漫游。建模完成后,了解归纳过程中出现的技术性问题,进行认识并改正。

Based on Bim Technology In Tongda Jiading Engineering College Building Design Reference Research

Abstract

Discusses the origin of Bim technology and its main use in the field of housing project, selecting AudeskRevit as modeling software and clearing the way of building the model, this paper the concept and significance of the clan and the clan in the Bim repository. Watching CAD drawings and clear drawings did not exist in the clan library artifacts and set up which , according to the size of the drawings to give a structure model of the college of engineering building, mainly includes structure beam and column structure, with the structural floor and so on.After completing the model, the team carried out the integration of structure, architecture and electromechanical engineering to improve the modeling deviation and error.CAD drawings were made, and Bim - based core software such as Autodesk Naviswork and Lumion were used for model roaming.After the modeling is completed, the technical problems in the induction process will be understood and corrected.

土木工程作为传统行当,多少年一直都是民众心中的铁饭碗,发展平稳,随着在国际上的地位提升,我国对桥梁,房建等基础设施的要求也在日益增多。在奉行效率至上的当下,传统的设计方式已经无法满足土木工程行业发展的要求。此时,Bim(Building information modeling)进入建筑业的视线。
