摘 要

在现代经济基础高涨的背景下,人们更加追求自由、轻便、自动化及个性的生活方式,因此家居的智能程度显得尤为重要,所以现如今智能家居的智能化、人性化的需求也在智能家居中得到了广泛的拓展。在现代的家居智能的高度集中化的现在,智能晾衣架的发展程度远远落后于其他的智能家居,现在晾衣服大多都是悬挂于阳台较高的地方或者悬挂于百米高的阳台窗外,相对于家中的年龄较大的人和身体有残疾的弱势人群,往晾衣架上晾衣服和取衣服是十分困难的,往往需要借助衣叉和凳子。这对于家里年龄较大的人和身体有残疾的弱势人群来说晾衣取衣变得十分困难。因此,本课题是利用51单片机针对其功设计的一款智能晾衣架系统,能够根据按钮信号降低或者提升晾衣架,以便实现对晾衣架的控制,本设计还附加了行程开关,当达到一定高度时,电机自动停止。更好的为人们晾衣服取衣服服务。

本次智能晾衣架系统STC89C51作为整个系统的控制中枢,通过它发出经过输出端口的脉冲控制信号作为对28BYJ-48步进电机的控制信号。当单片机扫描到按钮按下,即产生按钮信号经过ULN2003电机驱动模块来控制电机正反转从而决定晾衣架的高度,也添加了行程开关来限制晾衣架的高度。并且根据情况的需要可以有十个档位速度的选择,加上了一个数码管显示,显示上升下降的运行状态。

Below the setting of modern economy foundation upsurge, people more pursue freedom, deft, automation and individual character life style, because this lives in the intelligence degree appears particularly important, so the demand of intelligence of intelligent home now, human nature also got extensive expansion in intelligent home.In modern household intelligent highly centralized now, the development of intelligent clothes-horse level lags far behind the rest of the smart home, now most of clothes are hanging on the balcony a higher place or hang in hundred meters high balcony window, relative to the home of the older and vulnerable people with physical disabilities, to hang your clothes in the dryer and get them back is very difficult, often need to use fork and stool.This can make it difficult for older members of the family and disadvantaged people with disabilities to hang clothes and pick them up.Therefore, this topic is the use of 51 MCU for its work design of an intelligent clothes rack system, according to the button signal to reduce or enhance the clothes rack, in order to achieve the control of clothes racks, the design is also attached to the trip switch, when reaching a certain height, the motor automatically stop.Better service for people to hang clothes and pick up clothes.

The intelligent clothes rack system STC89C51 as the control center of the entire system, through which the pulse control signal sent through the output port is used as the control signal of the 28byj-48 stepper motor.When the MCU scans and the button is pressed, the button signal is generated through the ULN2003 motor drive module to control the positive and negative rotation of the motor to determine the height of the drying rack, and the travel switch is added to limit the height of the drying rack.And according to the needs of the situation can have the choice of ten gear speed, plus a digital tube display, display the state of running up and down.
