摘 要
自2012年起,翻转课堂教学法逐渐引起了国内的关注。目前,国内已初步实现翻转课堂教学法的“中国化”、“在地化”。2017年随着我国新工科教育改革的推进,有机化学等化学类课程亟须按新工科理念改革教学内容和教学模式。本文综述了近年来国内外翻转课堂教学法及其在有机化学课程中的研究进展,比较了传统教学法、混合式学习法和翻转课堂教学法对学生学习效果的影响,并通过对调查问卷的因子分析,找出翻转课堂教学法对学生学习效果的潜在影响因素。研究发现,翻转课堂教学法能有效提高学生学习成绩,但对于部分较难的授课内容翻转课堂教学法仍存在改进的空间。并且翻转课堂教学法能否对学生发挥积极影响,与学生对其适应能力有较大关联。本文对翻转课堂教学法形成的评价反馈将有助于有机化学翻转课堂的迭代改进,将更好地提升有机化学课程的学科思维能力、研究能力、技术开发能力,探索创新型、应用型的课程育人模式。

Applied Research on the Flipped Classroom of Organic Chemistry from
the Perspective of Emerging Engineering Education
Abstract
Since 2012, flipped classroom teaching method has gradually attracted attention in China. At present, China has initially realized the "Chinese" and "local" of flipped classroom teaching method. With the advancement of the new engineering education reform in China in 2017, it is urgent to reform the teaching content and teaching mode of chemistry courses such as organic chemistry according to the new engineering concept. Flip the classroom teaching methods at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed in this paper and its research progress in the organic chemistry course, compared with the traditional teaching method, blended learning method and reverse the effects of the classroom teaching for students to learn and through factor analysis of the questionnaire, find out turn classroom teaching to students' learning potential influencing factors. It is found that flipped classroom teaching method can effectively improve students' academic performance, but there is still room for improvement in some difficult teaching contents. Moreover, whether flipped classroom teaching method can exert a positive influence on students is closely related to students' adaptive ability. The evaluation feedback of flipped classroom teaching method in this paper will contribute to the iterative improvement of flipped classroom of organic chemistry, and better enhance the ability of subject thinking, research and technology development of organic chemistry course, and explore innovative and applied curriculum education mode.
