摘 要

近年来，我国社会发展迅速，人们的经济和文化水平日益提高，传统的酒店住宿不再能满足人们的旅游需求，人们对特色文化体验的需求日渐突出。在文化、旅游大融合的背景下，民宿作为乡村旅游新兴的主体，开始成为城市居民缓解精神压力的一种主要方式。“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”所描绘的田园生活，逐渐成为人们远离喧嚣的快节奏生活、放松紧绷神经的最好选择。南京市浦口区星甸街道后圩村胡烘组地块拥有丰富的自然与人文资源，如何将该地区的历史文化精髓与民宿功能及人们的精神需求结合起来，成为本次民宿改造的核心

该设计在对当地传统建筑、地形地貌、自然气候等方面进行深入调研的基础上，抽象提炼当地传统的建筑符号，充分挖掘场地内的空间内涵，并将其与地域文化、人文景观充分融合，实现文脉激活，体现出民宿的文化内涵，而非生搬硬套地完全复古。设计的最终目的是利用民宿建筑的改造，在满足功能要求的基础上，重新唤起当地居民对传统建筑和乡土文化的认同感与自豪感，体现场地蕴含的文化价值，充分表达乡村的场所精神。

Renovation Design of Houwei Community Homestay in Xingdian Street, Pukou District, Nanjing City-Option B

Abstract

In recent years, China's society has developed rapidly, people's economic and cultural levels have been increasing, traditional hotel accommodations can no longer meet people's tourism needs, and people's demand for unique cultural experiences has become increasingly prominent. In the context of the great integration of culture and tourism, as an emerging subject of rural tourism, homestay began to become a major way for urban residents to relieve mental stress. The idyllic life described by "Choosing Chrysanthemum under the East Hedge and Seeing Nanshan at ease" has gradually become the best choice for people to escape from the hustle and bustle of fast-paced life and relax their nervousness. The Huxian Group of Houwei Village, Xingdian Street, Pukou District, Nanjing is rich in natural and human resources. How to combine the historical and cultural essence of the area with the function of the homestay and the spiritual needs of people has become the core of this homestay renovation

Based on in-depth research on local traditional buildings, topography, natural climate, etc., the design abstracts and refines local traditional architectural symbols, fully excavates the spatial connotation in the site, and fully integrates it with regional culture and human landscape. Realizing the activation of the context, reflecting the cultural connotation of the homestay, rather than completely retrofitting. The ultimate goal of the design is to use the renovation of the B amp; B building, on the basis of meeting the functional requirements, to reawaken the identity and pride of local residents to the traditional architecture and local culture, reflect the cultural value of the site, and fully express the village spirit of the village.

1.1 选题背景

民宿是指利用闲置住宅，结合当地历史文化、生态景观、自然环境等条件，为游客提供体验特色乡村生活的场所。在当今国内文化、旅游大融合的背景下，民宿开始成为城市居民缓解精神压力的一种新选择。利用旧房进行改造，打造富于特色的精品民宿也逐渐成为许多乡村居民提高收入，拉动当地经济增长的新方式。近年来，农村旅游业发展速度日益增长，民宿作为农村旅游业发展的一个重要组成部分和一项指标，对农村旅游业的发展水平起到了至关重要的影响。
