摘 要

本次毕业设计的题目主要是根据上海索迪龙自动化有限公司二号厂房的主体建筑结构部分设计要求编制的招标设计文件。本毕业设计项目背景地点位于中国上海浦东新区南汇工业园区。

本建筑工程项目为主体建筑结构为地上四层，建筑高度为19.35米，总工程规划设计建筑面积6175.92平方米的大型多层厂房综合建筑工程项目。该项目工程建筑主体结构建筑为四层钢筋水泥钢凝土框架结构，建筑防火性能等级在该类别中为二类，耐火等级为二级，结构设计工程使用抗震防火措施年限为50年。

本次的招标公告文件涉及工程设计主要的内容包括：本招标公告、招标公告、评标办法、合同条款及其格式、工程量清单、图纸、技术标准和要求等。为了建立一个有效的投资与投标人之间的关系和经济使用价值投资的建设项目在一个更好的和及时,并确保现有的投资和建设项目可以获得的最大经济效益投资、招标项目采用公开招标。在为投标人编制本次招标公告文件时,为方便其他投标人及时进行公开投标，已经将本次招标工程的实际建设项目概况,工程量清单等主要的内容进行了详细的研究编写。在为投标人编写工程量合同条款时,也已经进行了仔细的分析研究和编写,避免在后期出现投标人中标后双方在履行合同时可能出现大的投资经济或者法律责任上的纠纷。

另外,本次的毕业设计运用了先进的广联达BIM土建工程计量管理平台GTJ2018软件，通过工程设计画图分析得出了一个工程的具体的设计工程量，更好地为设计和编制企业招标工程设计文件提供服务。

Preparation of bidding documents for No.2 plant project in industrial park

Abstract

The title of this graduation project is mainly based on Shanghai sodilong automation co. The background of this graduation project is located in nanhui industrial park, pudong new area, Shanghai, China.

The main building structure of the project is four floors above ground, the building height is 19.35 meters, the total project planning design of the building area of 6175.92 square meters of large-scale multi-storey factory complex building project. The main structure of the project building is a four-storey reinforced concrete steel solidified earth frame structure. The fire performance grade of the building is the second class in this category, and the fire resistance grade is the second class.

The main contents of the tender announcement documents related to the engineering design include: the tender announcement, bidding, methods of bid evaluation, contract terms and their formats, bill of quantities, drawings, technical standards and their requirements. When preparing the tender announcement documents for the bidders, in order to facilitate other bidders to make public bidding in time. When writing the terms and conditions of the quantity contract for the bidder, careful analysis, research and compilation have been carried out to avoid the possible disputes of large investment economy or legal responsibility between the two parties in the performance of the contract after the bidder wins the bid.

In addition, this graduation project USES advanced ganda BIM civil engineering measurement and management platform GTJ2018 software, and obtains the specific design quantity of a project through engineering design drawing analysis, so as to better provide services for the design and preparation of enterprise bidding engineering design documents.
