滁州地区智能变电站二次系统设计研究

摘 要

随着时代的发展,智能电网逐渐作为国家电力事业发展宏观常识而被普及着。在此之中,智能变电站的发展则又是智能电网发展的关键一环,一二次设备的性能可靠性高,同时控制系统也由原来的分布式建设体系转换为一体化成套式建设体系,新一代智能变电站的建设便依托这两点构筑而成,可靠的支撑起了智能电网的各个节点,成为了各个地区电力输送的活力命门。国家发展坚强电网首当其冲的便是建设智能变电站,其作为的重要基础,为打通各个控制环节和智能设备提供了可能性,尤其是互通了各部的现场数据,并进行联网实时共享,保证指令的准确性与时效性,调控好各个环节,是运行整个智能电网安全可靠性的一大重要保障。

本文首先依据国内电力发展的大方向引出了智能化变电站的基础概念和其发展特点,接着上述论点,再进一步发散思考智能变电站崛起的本质是传统变电站已不再适应生产力的发展需求。智能变电站相交传统变电站有了跨时代的飞跃但这种改变并不仅仅是简单的系统升级或承载能力的扩大,而是作为智能领域迈向了更高的层次,这种优势使得变电站获得了智能化的一次设备、高连接性的二次监控体系、高度集成的电气保护装置与共享快速的网络连接协议,这些都是智能变电站现在也是未来的发展方向与前沿领域。再根据滁州电网现状,恰当分析该地区的电力供应水平为变电站总体电气方案策划定下基调,应用智能变电站目前的各项优势技术来决定滁州地区智能变电站电气二次系统的基本规划。综上所述,滁州220kV变电站二次系统就以准备完成。

Abstract

With the development of the times, smart grid is gradually popularized as the macro common sense of the development of national power industry. Among them, the development of Smart Substation is also a key link in the development of smart grid. The performance reliability of primary and secondary equipment is high. At the same time, the control system is also transformed from the original distributed construction system into an integrated complete set of construction system. The construction of a new generation of Smart Substation relies on these two points, which reliably supports each node of the smart grid, It has become the lifeblood of power transmission in various regions. The construction of Smart Substation is the first step in the development of strong power grid in China. As an important foundation for the development of power grid, it provides the possibility to get through all control links and intelligent devices. In particular, it exchanges the field data of all departments, and shares them online in real time, so as to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of instructions and regulate all links, It is an important guarantee for the safety and reliability of the whole smart grid.

This paper first introduces the basic concept and development characteristics of intelligent substation according to the general direction of domestic power development, and then further thinks that the essence of the rise of intelligent substation is that the traditional substation can no longer meet the development needs of productivity. At the same time, we compare the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent substation and traditional substation, or we analyze the disadvantages of traditional substation, more clearly show the advantages of intelligent substation. The advantages include intelligent primary system of smart substation, high connectivity secondary monitoring system, highly integrated electrical protection device and shared fast network connection protocol, which are the development direction and frontier field of Smart Substation now and in the future. Then, according to the current situation of Chuzhou power grid, the power supply level of the region is properly analyzed to set the tone for the overall electrical scheme planning of the substation, and the basic planning of the electrical secondary system of the intelligent substation in Chuzhou area is determined by applying the current advantages of intelligent substation technology. At the same time, the relay protection of Chuzhou 220kV substation is analyzed to ensure the stability of the substation. To sum up, Chuzhou 220kV substation secondary system is ready to complete.

1.1智能变电站的发展和课题研究背景

在现代科技的不断发展下,信息的交换技术、智能AI决策分析能力、与设备集成整合程度已今非昔比,这些能力决定了智能电网的不断发展。而传感器技术(即信息的测量传输整合三合一)与智能网络在线式监控等技术的快速应用,使得变电站在经历数字化从改造后快速迈上智能化改造的进程。全站式全景式智能变电站的建立是目前国内正在突破的难关,其数据整合能力比从前拥有了指数级别的增长,在全球角度看也是未来智能变电站与智能电网的发展趋势。此外合并单元与智能终端以应用到智能变电站中,但目前尚未给予足够的配套体系与应用调试手段,在未来该项计划将于智能变电站系统的不断融合中得以推进。

随着我国国家战略计划的改变,安全有保障的电力服务将作为国家对外项目的重点之一,因此国家电网公司开始对内不断整合地区电力系统,升级和改造传统与数字化变电站,大力推进智能电网的建设。一个更加智能、更加高效、更加便利的人机交互性强自动化程度高并且全球领先的电力网络体系就此成立。国家电网公司的智能电网建设进程如下;
