摘 要
随着社会的不断发展,人们逐渐把健康的身体放在首要的位置上。不论是老人还是青少年,还是忙于工作的中年人,慢慢的都把运动当作自身的兴趣爱好。如果没要强健的身体,那么什么事情都是空谈。运动便是保证健康更为便捷高效的方式。慢跑不仅可以控制血压,改善动脉硬化的程度,增强增强心肺功能,还有利于二氧化碳的排出,对氧气的吸入。 从自主神经均衡性这个角度来看,如果自主神经系统活性下降,提高运动的风险,甚至危害身体的健康。因此,就开展慢跑活动而言,亟需要解决的两个问题,一是运动安全,二是运动效果评价。心电信号对人体心脏情况进行日常监控可以通过穿戴式心电来胜任,是心脏监督和保护的有效方式,同时也可以很好的完成运动效果评价。本文主要完成了以下几个方面的工作:1.对心电信号进行了预处理,包含了基于FIR的滤波,基于小波变换的滤波,基于IIR的滤波;2.研究R波提取算法,如基于二阶差分的R波提取算法,基于小波变换的R波提取算法,提升了心电信号R波提取的准确率,不会出现错检和漏检的情况;3.对心电信号进行采集,对比。研究HRV参数的慢跑效果评价,还包括了HRV参数与交感神经的研究。最后对已经采集的心电信号进行HRV参数的处理。

Jogging evaluation method based on wearable ECG
Abstract
With the continuous development of the society, people gradually put healthy body in the first place. Whether it is the elderly with white hair or teenagers, or the middle-aged people who are busy with work, they gradually regard sports as their own interests. If you don't have a strong body, then everything is empty talk. Exercise is a more convenient and efficient way to keep healthy. Jogging can not only control blood pressure, improve the degree of atherosclerosis, enhance the heart and lung function, but also conducive to the discharge of carbon dioxide, oxygen inhalation. From the point of view of autonomic equilibrium, if the activity of the autonomic nervous system decreases, it increases the risk of exercise and even harms the health of the body. Therefore, as far as jogging is concerned, two problems need to be solved urgently, one is sports safety, the other is sports effect evaluation. Wearable ECG signals can be used for daily monitoring of human heart conditions, which is an effective way to monitor and protect the heart, and can also be a good way to complete the evaluation of exercise effect. This paper mainly completed the following aspects of the work: 1. The ECG signal preprocessing, including based on FIR filtering, based on wavelet transform filtering, based on IIR filtering; 2. 2. Researched the R wave extraction algorithm, such as the R wave extraction algorithm based on second order difference and the R wave extraction algorithm based on wavelet transform, which improved the accuracy of ECG signal R wave extraction, and would not appear the case of wrong detection and missed detection; 3. Collect and compare ECG signals. The jogging effect evaluation of HRV parameters was studied, including HRV parameters and sympathetic nerves. Finally, the HRV parameters of the collected ECG signals are processed.

1.1 研究目的、背景、意义
随着全民健身活动的开展,慢跑作为一种简便易行的有氧运动,逐步成为都市人群经常采用的健身方式。众多研究表明,长期适量的运动训练可使心脏发生良性适应,提升心脏的自主调节能力。血液在心泵的作用下循着一定的方向在心血管系统周而复始的运动,良好的心脏节律也表征着生理机能的状况,心电信号是表示心脏活动的一种有效方式,从不同的角度来表明身体状况。研究心电信号在生物工程领域本身就是一个热点,并且工作量也不小。并且对临床医学领域有很大的使用价值.并且,心电信号还可以用来表示慢跑评价,这就大大的提高了慢跑评价的研究效率。此外,慢跑不仅可以控制血压,改善动脉硬化的程度,增强增强心肺功能,还有利于二氧化碳的排出,对氧气的吸入。然而自主神经活性下降,则会增加慢跑的运动危险,甚至危害身体健康。因此,就开展慢跑活动而言,亟需要解决的两个问题,一是运动安全,二是运动效果评价。研究慢跑活动的目的,就是通过对心电信号的采集、分析和处理,更能清晰的明白此项运动对我们身体的影响有哪些,做运动的时长和频率达到多少,对我们的健康是行之有效的。
