摘 要

现如今施工组织设计是各工地必不可少的综合性文件。它的内容包括施工全过程的各项活动经济、技术、组织等方面。当一项工程开工后，施工组织设计的编写可以使该工程的施工能够有序合理地进行。笔者结合熟悉泰州久源尚郡综合楼工程特点，编制该工程施工组织设计，确定经济合理的施工方案和技术保障措施，并对在建工工程各方面做出全面合理的安排，包括该工程人力材料安排、时间进度安排、计划和组织。同时，还设计了该项目的施工部署、施工方案、施工重点难点，提出了技术、质量、进度、资源等动态管理的控制措施，并对本工程的模板脚手架进行了专项方案计算。

Abstract

The construction organization design is a comprehensive document which used to guide the construction

project activities of economy,technology and organization through the whole process.It guarantees the construction activities that can be carried out in an orderly,effective,scientifical and reasonable way.The author draw up the construction design according to the characteristic of Taizhou Jiuyuanshangjun complex building project,determine the economic and reasonable construction scheme and technical guarantee measures for theconstruction projects,to set up the comprehensive and reasonable arrangement for the manpower and material resources,time and space,technology and economy,planning and organization etc.Design the construction project’s construction scheme,the construction schedule and the construction key points and difficulties as well as the dynamic management control measures of technology,quality,progress, resources.
