摘 要

现如今的施工组织设计工作已成为各工区必不可少的一份综合性档案。其内容主要涵盖了施工作业全过程中的各种活动及其经济、科技、组织等。所以当一个工程完成后,施工组织设计的编制就可以促进该工程施工的顺利进行。笔者通过研究和结合自己所熟悉 G78 房地产开发工程项目的工程特征,编制该项目工程的施工组织和设计,确定了经济合理的施工方案和相应的技术保证措施,并对该项目的建工过程中所有各个环节都做出了全面合理的安排,其中包括该项目工程的人力物资安排、时间和进度的安排、规划和组织。同时,还分别设计了该次工程的具体施工部署、施工方案、实际施工中的重点困难和施工中的关键难点,提出了对技术、质量、进度、资源等的动态管理控制措施,并对本次工程的模板脚手架设计情况进行专项方案的计算。

Abstract

Now the construction organization design work has become an essential comprehensive file in each work area. Its content mainly covers various activities in the whole process of construction and its economy, science and technology, organization, etc. So when a project is completed, the establishment of the construction organization design can promote the smooth construction of the project. The author through the study and the combination of their own familiar with G78 Engineering characteristics of real estate development project, formulation of construction organization and design of the project, to determine the economic and reasonable construction scheme and corresponding technical assurance measures, and to the project construction process each link all made a comprehensive and reasonable arrangement, including the project's human material arrangement, the arrangement of the time and schedule, planning and organization. At the same time, also designed the specific construction of the project deployment, construction scheme, the actual construction of the key difficulties and the key difficulties in the construction, put forward the dynamic management and control measures of technology, quality, progress, resources, and the design of the project of the formwork scaffold for the calculation of the special scheme.
