摘 要

在全球经济一体化时代，随着我国改革开放不断深入，国内外经济市场环境越来越严峻，再加上全球新冠肺炎疫情的影响，企业之间的竞争更加表面化，世界各国开始关注如何提升企业自身的竞争力，以此来保证企业的长期发展。海尔集团经过多年的发展，已经成为家电行业的佼佼者，并且在改革后期作为行业领头羊不断引领国内外家电企业的发展，因此在此 背景下通过分析海尔集团的企业财务核心竞争能力对其他企业也有良好的启示作用，实现全行业发展。

为了开展研究，本文采用文献研究和实证研究相结合的方法，首先结合我国常见企业财务核心竞争力的形成机制、特征和属性以及基本内涵，论证了当前企业财务核心竞争力对企业发展的重要性和战略意义，并总结概括企业财务核心竞争能力的基本理论，其次运用理论成果对海尔集团近三年的财务情况和年度报表进行综合分析，得出海尔集团目前财务核心竞争能力的优势和不足。

最后，本文提出提升海尔公司财务核心竞争力的策略，通过分析评价海尔公司的案例得出对其他现代企业的启示作用。

Analysis and Evaluation of The Financial Core Competitiveness of Enterprises :Taking Haier Corporation as an Example

Abstract

In the era of global economic integration, as China's reform and opening up continues to deepen, the domestic and foreign economic market environment is becoming more and more severe, coupled with the impact of the global New Crown Pneumonia epidemic, the competition among enterprises has become more superficial, and countries around the world have begun to focus on how to improve their own competitiveness as a way to ensure the long-term development of enterprises. After years of development, Haier Group has become a leader in the home appliance industry and has continued to lead the development of domestic and foreign home appliance enterprises as the industry leader in the late reform period. Therefore, in this context, the analysis of Haier Group's corporate financial core competitive ability can be a good inspiration for other enterprises to achieve industry-wide development.

In order to carry out the research, this paper combines literature research method and empirical research method, first of all, combining the formation mechanism, characteristics and attributes, and basic connotation of China's universal enterprise financial core competitive ability, arguing the importance and strategic significance of the current enterprise financial core competitive ability for enterprise development, and summarizing and outlining the basic theory of enterprise financial core competitive ability, and secondly, using the theoretical results to investigate the financial situation and annual statements of Haier Group in the past three years. The paper then uses the theoretical results to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the financial situation and annual statements of Haier Group in the past three years, and draws out the advantages and shortcomings of Haier Group's current financial core competitive ability.

Finally, this paper proposes strategies to enhance Haier's financial core competitiveness, and evaluates the case of Haier through analysis to enlighten the role of other modern enterprises.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

在目前的时代背景下，我国大部分企业面临的现状危机主要是：企业的自主创新能力弱，企业核心竞争能力不强，经济效益有待进一步提高。而目前我国正处于“两个一百年”交汇时刻，在这个伟大的历史节点上，我国必须要切实从制造大国转向“智造强国”，因此，这对所有企业来说，要充分发挥自身优势，不断提升科技创新能力、提高核心竞争能力，贯彻落实国家自主创新发展战略，推动国家整体竞争力的稳步提升。

随着世界经济全球化、区域经济一体化进程不断深入，“人类命运共同体”理论的提出，各个国家之间的经济合作速度也在不断提高，协作范围也在不断扩大，尤其是我国加入世界贸易组织（WTO）之后，我国经济便更进一步嵌入到世界经济的产业链中。这是一把双刃剑，一方面对于我国改善经济环境，争取到了更好的条件，进一步打开了国际市场，也有利于我国获取先进技术、优化产业结构、提升国际竞争力；但是另一方面这也意味着我国将面临着更加严峻的国际竞争挑战，我们要与西方先进企业开展正面竞争，同时抢夺国内外市场，风险相应地随之增大，曾经的低成本战略不再有效，取而代之的应该是有强大竞争力的差异化发展战略。
