摘 要
近年来,随着经济全球化的发展,港口、码头、机场等地区物流货运不断增加。牵引车是应用较广泛的小型工业车辆、一种方便、快捷的运输工具,在各种场景中起着十分重要的作用,由于工作环境常于室内与室外交叉,或人群流动较大的站台工作,要求环保、安全、速度变化范围大,且要求机动灵活、适应性强,使其应用的领域更广泛。又随着能源与环境的压力,且伴随着牵引车的使用不断细化,其动力能源也需改变,电动牵引车应运而生。
本文主要研究牵动牵引车的总体设计。首先,正确选择车辆整体的参数,将主要部件以及附属部件进行一个合理的布置。然后再根据一些已有的技术参数以及劳动条件,进行一定的调查和研究、同时参考国内外相关电动牵引车文献数据,进行相应的分析、设计、计算。确定电动牵引车的不同组成部分的构造型式、再根据其主要的尺寸做出相应的位置草图布置。计算总体尺寸,确定整车参数,合理的布置工作装置附件。计算总体尺寸,确定车辆参数,并合理布局工作设备附件。计算电动牵引车的重心位置、桥的负荷、稳定性、牵引性、刹车、移动性等,最终将被UG用于绘制整体外形方案图和总体设计装配图。
通过本文的研究,可为电动牵引车总体设计提供借鉴参考。分析设计结果可用于相关电动车的开发。

Abstract
In recent years, with the development of economic globalization, logistics freight in ports, docks, airports and other areas is increasing. Tractor is a widely used small industrial vehicle, a convenient and fast means of transport, which plays a very important role in various scenes. Because the working environment is often in the intersection of indoor and outdoor, or the platform work with large crowd flow, it requires environmental protection, safety, wide range of speed changes, and requires flexibility and strong adaptability, which makes it more widely used. And with the pressure of energy and environment, and with the continuous refinement of the use of tractor, its power energy also needs to change, electric tractor came into being.
This paper mainly studies the overall design of traction tractor. First of all, the parameters of the whole vehicle should be selected correctly, and the main parts and auxiliary parts should be arranged reasonably. Then, according to some existing technical parameters and working conditions, some investigation and research are carried out, and the corresponding analysis, design and calculation are carried out by referring to the relevant domestic and foreign electric tractor literature data. Determine the structure type of different components of the electric tractor, and then make the corresponding position sketch layout according to its main dimensions. Calculate the overall size, determine the vehicle parameters, reasonable layout of the working device accessories. The position of the center of gravity of the electric tractor, the load of the bridge, the stability, the tractability, the brake, the mobility and so on are calculated, which will eventually be used by UG to draw the overall outline scheme drawing and the overall design assembly drawing.
The research of this paper can provide reference for the overall design of electric tractor. The analysis and design results can be used for the development of related electric vehicles.
