摘 要

偿债能力分析能够判断企业的持续经营能力、财务状况以及可能存在的风险。如今，上市公司选择负债经营已经成为了一种普遍的经营模式，这其中不免有一些公司由于经营者的管理不当，造成了流动资产不足到期无法偿还债务的情况。而偿债能力分析对解决企业财务状况问题起到至关重要的作用；且投资者在选择投资企业时，需经过对企业偿债能力强弱的分析去判定该企业将来的发展前景。

本文基于偿债能力分析的理论研究之后，运用文献研究法深入了解国内外分析企业偿债能力的角度，以远光软件为例，将偿债能力分为长期偿债能力和短期偿债能力两大方面，利用比率分析法和网络查找到的相关资料得到远光软件企业近年的指标数据以及影响偿债能力的其他因素，从而评价远光软件企业偿债能力的强弱、研究分析其中存在的具体问题并提出有效的解决措施。以此，让经营者和投资者了解企业的财务状况，并对我国上市公司加强企业偿债能力和企业内部资本结构的管理具有一定的参考意义。

An Analysis of the Debt Paying Ability of Listed Companies

Abstract

Solvency analysis can judge the sustainable operation ability, financial situation and possible risks of an enterprise. Nowadays, it has become a common business model for listed companies to choose liability management, which inevitably results in the situation that the current assets are insufficient to repay the debts due to the improper management of the operators. The solvency analysis plays an important role in solving the financial situation of the enterprise, and when investors choose to invest in the enterprise, they need to analyze the solvency of the enterprise to determine the future development prospects of the enterprise.

Based on the theoretical research of solvency analysis, this paper uses the literature research method to deeply understand the perspective of analyzing the solvency of enterprises at home and abroad. Taking the high beam software as an example, the solvency is divided into two aspects: long-term solvency and short-term solvency. Using the ratio analysis method and the relevant information found by the network, the index data of high beam software enterprises in recent years and the impact of solvency are obtained Other factors of ability, so as to evaluate the solvency of high beam software enterprises, research and analyze the specific problems and propose effective solutions. In this way, operators and investors can understand the financial situation of the enterprise, and it has certain reference significance for the listed companies to strengthen the solvency and the management of the internal capital structure of the enterprise.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

经济的不断发展，使得国内外企业的内部经营模式也产生了巨大的转变。很多上市公司以举债经营模式来扩大公司的生产规模、获取各方融资来实现企业的运作取得更大的利益。但这也可能给企业在经营方面带来相关的风险。近年来，一些上市公司出现盈利能力减弱、现金流量不足、债务结构不合理等情况，导致无法偿还债务甚至面临破产的情况。偿债能力是企业能否到期偿还长期和短期债务的能力，是判定上市公司财务情况和将来发展状况的关键手段之一。同时，国外在分析企业财务状况时也都将偿债能力作为重要的研究部分，将偿债能力的强弱作为判断企业的持续经营能力重要依据。

以远光软件股份有限公司为例的上市公司，作为中小企业，能够推动社会的稳定和经济发展，且数量众多。而这类规模的企业在经营当中会面临缺少融资渠道和高成本等各种问题，提高企业的偿债能力会使企业有能力抵抗风险。

1.2 研究意义

行业的多元化和社会的智能、快捷，中国的软件行业在近几年更是发展迅速且存在着很大的发展空间，且市场地位越来越重。故本文选择的远光软件股份有限公司属于软件行业，将其作为上市公司来分析偿债能力具有重要意义，这同时也对我国软件行业的上市公司内部管理有着一定的影响。
