摘 要
随着电力系统在国民经济中的发展,对于电力的需求也在不断增长,在此情况下电力系统也不断增多和复杂,因此也造成电网安全问题频出。在此情况下就需要运行人员能够有熟练的电网安全问题处理能力,对于所遇到的实际问题进行及时有效处理,维护电力系统的稳定性,避免造成经济和电力损失。所以在日常工作中需要对于相关人员进行发电到配电各个环节的培训,提升其技术能力,从而能够在遇到实际问题的时候从容处理。在培训实践中,由于电力系统本身的特殊性,无法在实践中进行操作和培训,但是可以通过采用相关技术来构建虚拟培训环境,让受训人员能够在该环境中对电力系统故障的相关处理操作进行分析,对于其处理的效果进行评价,从而能够让受训人员能够在遇到实际情况的时候有效的对事故进行判断,并且具备相应的处理能力,减少处理电力安全问题中的失误概率,保障电力稳定性。
本文在研究过程中,结合当前我国变电培训的特性,分析其实际培训需求和目的,进而对于变电仿真系统的整体框架进行设计,在此基础上对于日常培训模块、事故处理模块、以及教练员台模块几个方面的内容进行设计。在此基础上对于其软件系统以及整体实现过程中进行分析,最后,提出了PQ分解法潮流算法的应用,并且结合算例分析来进行验证,结果表明能够达到设计要求,具有一定的实践价值。

Abstract
With the power system in the country, the demand for electricity is also increasing, in this case, the power system is also increasing and complex, so it also causes the security problems of the power grid frequently. In this case, it is necessary for the operators to have the ability to deal with the power network security problems skillfully, to deal with the practical problems in time and effectively, to maintain the stability of the power system, and to avoid causing economic and power losses. Therefore, in the daily work, it is necessary to train the relevant personnel in all aspects of power generation to distribution, improve their technical ability, so as to be able to deal with the practical problems calmly. In the training practice, because of the particularity of the power system itself, it is impossible to operate and train in practice, but the virtual training environment can be constructed by using relevant technology. The trainees can analyze the related handling operation of power system failure in this environment and evaluate its effect.
According to the characteristics of substation training in our country, this paper analyzes its actual training needs and objectives, and then designs the whole framework of substation simulation system. On this basis,articulacy of the power system itself, it is impossible to operate and train in practice, but the virtual training environment can be constructed by using relevant technology. it designs the contents of daily training module, anomaly and tangent disposal training module, accident handling module, trainer module, dispatching module and substation module. Finally, it puts forward the application of PQ decomposition method power flow algorithm and verifies that it can meet the design requirements, It has certain practical value.
