中国乳制品公司营运资金管理研究——以伊利实业有限公司为例

摘 要

近10年来，中国经济迅猛发展，实体经济呈现多元化，全球经济一体化持续加强，营运资金管理水平将对企业经济起到重要影响。二十及二十一世纪初的营运资金管理理论注重优化营运资本结构，就当前经济形势而言，引导企业高效地作出管理决策难以实现。近10年来，以优化渠道管理优化结构、改善经营渠道管理关系等作为研究出发点,将实施营运资金企业管理与业务经营活动渠道优化管理、业务流程优化管理相有机结合的企业管理发展战略,为我国理论上的营运资金企业管理战略研究发展提供了一个新的研究视角。

伊利实业集团有限股份公司作为中国乳制品巨头，它的发展历程可以说是中国乳业从小到大、从弱到强的历史缩影。通过借鉴国内外成功构建公司营运资金管理研究的企业的理论成果和实践经验，本文首先对营运资金相关理论进行概述，介绍乳制品行业特点以及发展机遇，再概括乳制品行业营运资金管理现状，其次是分析伊利股份公司营运资金管理存在的问题,再次是对其营运资金管理问题产生的原因进行分析,提出较为清晰的针对中国乳制品领军者伊利公司的营运资金管理建议，并对乳制品行业未来发展进行建议和展望。

Research on Working Capital Management of Chinese Dairy Companies:Take Yili Industrial Co., Ltd. as an Example

Abstract

In the past 10 years, China"s rapid economic development, the real economy is diversified, global economic integration continues to strengthen, working capital management level will play an important impact on the enterprise economy. The working capital management theory at the beginning of the 20th and early 21st centuries focuses on optimizing the working capital structure, and in view of the current economic situation, it is difficult to guide enterprises to make management decisions efficiently. In the past 10 years, taking optimizing channel management optimization structure and improving business channel management relationship as the starting point of research, the enterprise management development strategy combining working capital enterprise management with business operation channel optimization management and business process optimization management has provided a new research perspective for the theoretical research and development of working capital enterprise management strategy in China.

Yili Industrial Group Limited Co., Ltd., as a Chinese dairy giant, its development process can be said to be the microcosm of the history of China"s dairy industry from small to large, from weak to strong. Drawing on the theoretical achievements and practical experience of enterprises that have successfully constructed the company"s working capital management research at home and abroad, this paper first summarizes the working capital related theories, introduces the characteristics and development opportunities of the dairy industry, then summarizes the current situation of working capital management in the dairy industry, then analyzes the problems in the working capital management of Yili AG, analyzes the causes of its working capital management problems, and puts forward a clearer working capital management proposal for Yili, a Chinese dairy leader. And the future development of the dairy industry to make recommendations and prospects.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

营运资金管理业务发展是我国现代大型企业财务资金风险管理不可或缺的一部分。国内大多研究人员研究集中于工业企业和传统产业研究领域，根据不同行业的就业资本、不同因素的特点去细分不同类型企业和新兴产业的研究很少，大部分是对整个行业进行综合评价，而不是提出解决可行方案促进其营运资金管理。改革开放40年以来，经济快速发展，企业行业日趋多元化，目前对我国乳制品加工行业资本营运以及资金风险管理的深入研究非常少，国内营运资金管理研究的发展缓慢，与当前企业的发展步伐没有同步。改革开放以来，经济快速发展，需要积极响应党号召“大众创业，万众创新”的经济政策，所以需要有能够适应其发展和高效实施的营运资金管理策略。

伊利实业集团公司从创业起步到进入高速发展的过程中，也面临着营运资金管理效率的下降，同时给伊利公司的运营和未来带来一部分负面影响，公司对其现金资本管理运营的高度关注也因此有所逐步加强,这些主要这得归功于伊利公司对公司营运管理资金资本管理的深入研究。

1.2 研究意义

营运管理资金短期管理与整个企业的短期流动性需求有关,短期企业财务管理的一个中心工作任务就是对企业营运管理资金的短期管理,其中的结果直接就会影响涉及到整个企业的日常经营和管理效率,在短期财务管理基础理论和企业实证经验研究中一直具有重要应用地位。公司在不同行业发展阶段时期中所制定的经营战略目标任务能否顺利完成实现,一部分主要取决于公司营运管理资金绩效管理水平,日常业务运营和其他业务上的发展也在很大一定程度上主要取决于公司营运管理资金绩效管理和日常运营技术水平。
