筹资方式的比较与选择研究——以爱尔眼科为例

摘 要

随着当前全球经济一体化的发展，许多企业慢慢认识到结合经济战略的重要性。但是在我国现阶段，许多企业在经营和融资过程中，依旧没有制定有效的融资策略或者采取适当的融资方式。随着改革开放的进一步实施，为外资进入中国市场提供了坚实的保障，进一步拓展了中国企业的融资渠道。

企业的生产、经营和管理的必要要素，是企业生存和发展的必要条件，是对企业资本的管理。企业只有始终坚持正确的筹资原则，才能制定有效的筹资战略，只有通过这种方式，我们企业才能够在竞争中得到可持续的发展。不同的企业的内外部经济环境也各异，在每个发展阶段必须在融资策略和融资方式中做出的决策也不同。只有当企业选择适合企业现阶段发展的融资方式及策略，才能够推动企业有效的长远的发展。

本文选择爱尔眼科公司，将其作为研究的对象。首先是简单描述爱尔眼科公司的背景，然后对公司目前所处的生命周期进行了评价，最后分析了爱尔眼科公司目前的融资策略和财务效应，并从中得到一些启示。通过研究，将这一融资战略理念充分延伸并应用到企业管理中，与企业成熟期的发展需求相匹配，形成了系统的战略管理体系，促进了企业的可持续发展。

Comparison And Selection of Funding Methods - A Case Study of Eyre Ophthalmology

Abstract

With the development of global economic integration, many enterprises gradually realize the importance of integrated economic strategy. But at the present stage in our country, many enterprises still have not formulated the effective financing strategy or taken the suitable financing way in the management and the financing process. With the further implementation of the reform and opening-up, it provides a solid guarantee for foreign capital to enter the Chinese market and further expands the financing channels, scale and methods of Chinese enterprises.

The necessary elements for the production, operation and management of an enterprise are the necessary conditions for the survival and development of the enterprise, and it is the management of the enterprise’s capital. Only by always adhering to the correct fund-raising principles can an enterprise formulate an effective fund-raising strategy. Only in this way can we achieve long-term development in the competition. The internal economic environment of an enterprise is different from the external economic environment, and the financing strategies and financing methods that must be selected at each stage of development are also different. Only when a company chooses a financing method and strategy suitable for its current development can it promote its effective long-term development.

This article chooses eyre ophthalmic company as the research object. First of all, it simply describes the background of Eyre OPHTHALMIC company, then evaluates the life cycle of the company, finally analyzes the financing strategy and financial effect of Eyre OPHTHALMIC company at present, and obtains some enlightenment from it. Through the research, this financing strategy idea is extended and applied to the enterprise management, which matches with the development demand of the mature period of the enterprise, and forms the systematic strategic management system, and promotes the sustainable development of the enterprise.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

国内的市场竞争越来越激烈，更多的企业开始重视提升竞争力。融资方式的多样化与国民经济、财务管理体系等有关，各种方式也存在着各自的优缺点，公司需要整合现实，正确做出选择，但是一些企业在融资中盲目行动也造成了风险。

因此，在这种背景下，对企业融资方式进行比较并制定，对与和企业融资有关的理论的发展具有一定的意义，对企业的发展也具有重要意义。本文结合爱尔眼科公司发展的实际情况，提出了融资方式的选择，对其他企业也有一定的借鉴意义。

1.2 研究意义

我国当前正处在市场经济高速发展的重要时期，市场上企业数量不断增加，同样企业融资策略问题发生机率也上升。研究企业生命周期内的融资理论，在为企业节省一部融资成本的同时，还能够降低企业经营的风险、完善企业的资本结构、改善市场经济管理体制。
