景点酒店管理系统设计与实现

摘 要

一个功能齐全的酒店管理系统对于大规模的酒店经营管理至关重要，酒店管理体系日渐庞大、服务项目繁多、信息量大是现在酒店行业亟待解决的。目前，还有部分酒店企业仍采用半智能化的方式管理酒店，这种管理方式已经不能满足当今社会和用户多元化的需求。若想加快工作效率，提高服务质量、降低成本可以借助现代计算机技术实现高效率的管理模式。随着互联网技术日益成熟，通过智能电脑技术管理酒店，不仅能在很大程度上提高酒店的管理效率，也是酒店企业规范化管理，并且走向世界的重要条件。

因此，本文对酒店管理流程和用户需求进行了解和统计，再基于技术可行性分析之后，设计并实现了以B/S结构为基础的景点酒店管理系统。本系统的后台数据库是MySQL，前端开发工具是Tomcat，后台软件开发工具是Eclipse。本系统后台程序开发的核心框架是SSM框架；并采用了SHIRO安全框架进行身份验证，保证了整个系统的安全性。本系统主要由用户管理、景点管理、酒店管理、订单管理、预订功能这五个模块组成。运行和测试结果说明，本管理系统具有安全性，可靠性，便捷性的优点，并且通过本系统特有的浏览次数功能，有助于管理员统计各个酒店和景点的消费情况，收集客户对于酒店和景点的喜好，为景点酒店的高效管理提供有力的支持。

Scenic Spot Hotel Management System

Abstract

A fully equipped hotel management system is critical to large-scale hotel management management, the hotel management system is growing, the service project is large, and the information is now the hotel industry needs to be solved. At present, some hotel companies still use semi-intelligent way to manage hotels, which can no longer meet today"s social and user diversified needs. To speed up productivity, improve service quality, reduce costs can achieve high efficiency management models with modern computer technology. With the increasingly mature Internet technology, through smart computer technology management hotels, not only to improve the hotel"s management efficiency, but also the standardized management of hotel companies, and to the world.

Therefore, this paper understands the hotel management process and user needs, and then designs and implements the B/S structure-based attraction hotel management system based on technical feasibility analysis. The background database of this system is MySQL, the front-end development tool is Tomcat, the background software development tool is Eclipse. The SSM framework is used as the main framework for background program development; and the SHIRO safety framework is used to authenticate, and the security of the entire system is guaranteed. This system is mainly composed of user management, attractions management, hotel management, order management, and subscription functions. Operation and test results, this management system has the advantages of security, reliability, and convenience, and through this system unique browsing function, it helps administrators to count the consumption of hotels and attractions, collect customers and The preferences of the attractions provide strong support for the efficient management of the attractions.
