摘 要
变电站处于电力系统的核心地位,其配电装置运行过程中发生的缺陷及故障都会对人们的生产生活带来巨大的影响。因此,通过配电装置巡检维持安全、稳定的变电运行显得尤为重要。传统人工巡检方式有受主观因素影响大、工作效率低及劳动强度大等缺点,往往会发生巡检人员工作态度不认真、巡检项目漏巡检的现象。
本文首先介绍了传统巡检方式的不足,再阐明欧美国家与我国配电装置巡检现状并总结主要研究内容。其次,着重列举了配电装置典型故障、缺陷。然后,通过对比分析B/S模式与C/S模式,选取B/S模式作为系统的网络结构,采用ASP.NET作为开发工具,Visual C#为逻辑语言,从用户和管理员两种登录身份对系统模块进行详细阐述。

Intelligent inspection system of distribution equipment
Abstract
Substation is the core of the power system. The defects and faults in the operation of its distribution
equipment will have a great impact on people’s production and life. Therefore,it is particularly important to
maintain safe and stable substation operation through power distribution device inspection. The traditional
manual inspection method is influenced by subjective factors, low work efficiency and high labor intensity,
which often leads to the phenomenon of inspection personnel’s working attitude is not serious and inspection
items are missed.
This paper first introduces the shortcomings of traditional inspection methods, and then expounds the
current situation of distribution equipment inspection in Europe and America and China, and summarizes the main research contents. Secondly, the typical faults and defects of distribution equipment are listed. Then,
through the comparative analysis of B / S mode and C / S mode, B / S mode is selected as the network structur-e of the system, asp.net is used as the development tool, and Visual C # is used as the logic language. The
system modules are elaborated from the two login identities of user and administrator, and the parts that can

第一章 引 言
1.1 研究背景及意义
如今的社会经济快速发展,人们对用电的质量和需求均不断提高,为满足保障传输电的整体效率和运行质量的要求 ,建设智能电网日渐被提上日程。智能电网在传统电网之上又融合了通信与信息技术,电网运行整体成效的提升极大程度上得益于广泛推广智能电网[1]。为适应电网的迅速发展,越来越多的变电站采用无人值守模式,增加了配电装置巡检的难度,传统人工巡检已经不能适应新需求[2]。
