摘 要

现代社会科技发达，市场环境变化迅速，能够持续地获得利润成为企业关注的焦点，商业模式给企业提供了可以参考的思维方法与实践框架。价值网体系将各个企业连接起来，价值网帮助企业进行财务管理，其中主要的金融功能，缓解了企业的融资约束、提高了企业的投资效率。对于价值网来说，金融功能是不可或缺的，本文通过价值网的金融功能来讨论，研究价值网的金融功能对现代社会的商业模式的影响。

本文采用理论研究法和案例分析法，首先，论述其他学者有关于互联网企业商业模式、价值网和金融功能的文献，参考其他学者的研究经验。其次，充分了解有关价值网的金融功能理论知识，对其进行概括，为之后的研究做好理论基础。最后以阿里巴巴为例来分析价值网的金融功能对国内互联网企业商业模式的影响，价值网的出现改变了企业单一商业模式结构，由单一企业发展演变为多个企业之间合作发展，价值网中的金融功能则链接了企业之间的资金链，支撑了这种商业模式的发展。

Research on the Impact of Value Net"s Financial Function on Business Models——A Case Study of Alibaba

Abstract

The modern society has advanced science and technology, and the business environment changes rapidly. Sustained profit has become the focus of the enterprise. The business model provides enterprises with a reference thinking method and practice framework. The emergence of the value network system will connect all enterprises. The value network helps enterprises to carry out financial management. The main financial functions have eased the company"s financing constraints and improved the company"s investment efficiency. For the value network, financial function is indispensable. This paper discusses the financial function of the value network and studies the impact of the financial function of value network on the business model of modern society.

This paper adopts the theory research method and the case analysis method. First of all, it discusses the literature that other scholars have about the business model, value network and financial function of Internet companies, and refers to the research experience of other scholars. Second, it fully understands the theoretical knowledge of the financial function of the value network, summarizes it, and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research. Finally, taking Alibaba as an example to analyze the impact of the financial function of value network on the business model of domestic Internet companies, the emergence of value network has changed the structure of a single business model of the enterprise, from the development of a single company to the development of cooperation among multiple companies. The financial function in China links the capital chain between enterprises and supports the development of this business model.

1.1 选题背景

20世纪80年代以来，经济迅速发展，各行各业的公司数量直线上升，为了能在复杂的商业环境中生存，企业开始尝试商业模式转型，多方位发展，这样模糊了各产业之间的界限，使各企业之间形成了错综复杂的关系，延伸出了极为复杂的价值网。价值网以顾客需求为导向，延伸出产品、信息、资金等流向，顺应了时代的发展潮流。价值网作为一个新型的商业模式，体系庞大，环环相扣，需要有大量的资金来支撑起发展壮大。价值网中包含的金融功能具有融资的功能，为企业解决融资难题。

现代商业模式多样化，对于不同类型的企业适合不同类型的商业模式，近十年来，互联网企业借助互联网科技发展迅速，在2015年3月的政府工作报告中，李克强总理也提到关于互联网近几年来飞速发展并且取得了不错的成绩，这是对互联网行业的一个肯定。
