江苏万农化工有限公司财务风险的识别与防范研究

摘 要

为了避免引起财务危机，企业应对当前可能存在的风险因素进行识别，并采取有效措施防范风险。基于此，本文选取江苏万农化工有限公司为研究对象，对其面临的财务风险因素进行识别，并提出行之有效的防范措施。

首先本文阐述了研究背景、研究意义等内容，帮助了解本文选题的重要意义及现实可能性。第二部分总结和分析目前国内外学者对财务风险识别与防范这一领域的研究情况，形成综述。其次综合系统地阐述了有关风险的管理理论及财务风险的防范方法。目前财务风险的防范方法主要有风险分散法、规避法、转移法、降价法和基金法。第四部分针对江苏万农化工有限公司的实际情况，采用了财务指标分析法，选取合适的财务指标对其面临的内外部风险进行识别与评价，得出的结论是企业存在包括盈利能力不足，存货周转率和应收账款周转率偏低等财务风险，但是通过分析目前该公司的财务状况基本稳定且其本身规模不大，短期发生对公司造成重大影响的财务危机的可能性不是很高。最后为江苏万农化工有限公司有效防范财务风险提供合理建议。这些建议包括优化企业债务结构，提高企业盈利能力，加强存货和应收账款的管理。第五部分是本文的总结与展望。

Research on Identification and Prevention of Financial Risk of Jiangsu Wannong Chemical Co., Ltd.

Abstact

In order to avoid causing financial crisis, enterprises should identify the possible risk factors and take effective measures to prevent risks. Based on this, this paper chooses Jiangsu Wannong Chemical Co., Ltd. as the research object, identifies the financial risk factors it faces, and puts forward effective preventive measures.

Firstly, this paper elaborates the research background, research significance and other content to help understand the significance and practical possibility of this topic. The second part summarizes and analyses the current domestic and foreign scholars in the field of financial risk identification and prevention, forming a summary. Secondly, it comprehensively and systematically elaborates the risk management theory and financial risk prevention methods. At present, the main methods to prevent financial risks are risk dispersion, evasion, transfer, price reduction and fund method. In the fourth part, aiming at the actual situation of Jiangsu Wannong Chemical Co., Ltd., the financial index analysis method is used to identify and evaluate the internal and external risks faced by Jiangsu Wannong Chemical Co., Ltd. By selecting appropriate financial indicators, the conclusion is drawn that there are financial risks such as insufficient profitability, low inventory turnover rate and low receivable turnover rate in enterprises, but through the analysis of the current financial situation of the company. Basically stable and small in scale, the possibility of short-term financial crisis that will have a significant impact on the company is not very high. Finally, it provides reasonable suggestions for Jiangsu Wannong Chemical Co., Ltd. to effectively prevent financial risks. These suggestions include optimizing the debt structure of enterprises, improving the profitability of enterprises, and strengthening the management of inventory and accounts receivable. The fifth part is the summary and Prospect of this paper.
