基于第三方物流企业的逆向物流优化研究——以远成物流公司为例

摘 要

随着网络技术的兴起,越来越多的人开始网购和邮寄货物,由此也加速了物流行业的发展。而人们网购之后运用物流行业的同时,并不能够知道自己所需产品是不是满足自己的期望或者邮寄的货物是否能够和预期的一样到达对方的手中,于是就有越来越多的产品和货物被退回,所以也就有了逆向物流的产生。

对于企业来说,合理的逆向物流可以降低成本,提高产品价值,增强竞争优势,提升企业形象,提升企业质量管理体系等等。对于退回的产品,我们可以通过再次加工,使其达到预期的效果,这样一来,不仅降低了重新生产所需要的原材料成本,还可以提高产品的价值,企业接受缺陷产品的退货在一定程度上也提升了企业的形象,增强了企业在市场的竞争力。而且在接受到退回的产品之后,企业也会加强对产品质量的检查,从而提升了企业的质量管理体系。但是,过量的货物退回也是有一定的问题存在的。它会对第三方物流企业的库存造成一定的压力,也会加大第三方的人力、劳动力资源的浪费,同时它会助长消费者退货的消费行为,而且会对企业造成一定的运输成本损失及信誉影响。

本课题拟从远成物流公司入手,对远成物流公司的逆向物流进行研究,分析产品被退回的原因,从供应商,运输流程以及顾客和产品质量等方面入手,研究如何减少产品和货物的退回率,从而对企业的逆向物流进行优化。

从当前的情形来看目前国内企业运营主要在意的是售前,而不重视货物出售后的退货及回收。在国外逆向物流被很多有名的企业拿来作为降低它们的成本、增加顾客满意度和提升企业竞争优势的一种有效的处理方式。逆向物流现在已经是国内外企业争相研究的重点和热点。

Abstract

With the rise of network technology, more and more people begin to buy and mail goods online, which has also accelerated the development of the logistics industry. People use online shopping after the logistics industry at the same time, can not know their products are not required to meet their expectations or by mail, whether the goods can reach each other"s hands and as expected, so there are more and more products and goods to be returned, so it has been the result of reverse logistics.

For enterprises, reasonable reverse logistics can reduce costs, improve product value, enhance competitive advantage, enhance corporate image, and improve enterprise quality management system. For the return of the product, we can make it through the re processing, to achieve the desired effect, as a result, not only reduces the need to re produce the raw material costs, but also can improve the value of the products, enterprises accept the defective product return to a certain extent, but also enhance the corporate image, enhance the enterprise competitiveness in the market. And after receiving the returned products, the enterprise will also strengthen the inspection of the quality of the product, thus improving the quality management system of the enterprise. However, there are some problems in the return of excessive goods. It will cause some pressure to the inventory of the third party logistics enterprises, and also will increase the waste of manpower and labor resources of the third party. At the same time, it will encourage consumers to return the consumption behavior, and will cause certain transportation cost loss and reputation impact on the enterprises.

This paper intends to start from far into the logistics company, the logistics company far into the reverse logistics research, analysis of reasons, the products are returned from suppliers, transport processes and customer and product quality of the research on how to reduce the rate of return of products and goods, thus to optimize the reverse logistics enterprises.

From the current situation, the main focus of the operation of domestic enterprises is pre sale, but it does not pay attention to the return and recovery after the sale of the goods. Many famous foreign companies now regard reverse logistics as an important way to reduce their cost, increase customer satisfaction and enhance their competitive advantage. Reverse logistics has become the focus and hot spot of enterprise research at home and abroad.
