摘 要
人类社会的发展与货币的应用及创新息息相关，尤其是货币的发展受经济发展的影响，并在经济的发展中发挥着巨大的影响。在现在这个商业发达的社会里，货币成为了资金和财富的代名词，随着手机等现代通讯技术以及计算机等的应用，在经济生活中充斥着“无纸化”，电子货币就是在这样的无纸化浪潮中产生的，这股浪潮势不可挡，但是因为人们没有深入的去认识电子货币，所以发展中的电子货币在给人们带来效率的同时，也带来了一些问题。在本文中，首先对电子货币的基本情况进行了介绍，主要围绕电子货币的定义、特点和分类这三个方面进行介绍。然后提出了电子货币发展过程中的安全风险，主要有四个方面，分别包括法律问题、税收和洗钱的问题、网络安全问题和移动终端的安全问题，并针对这些存在的问题，提出了应该采取的安全措施。最后，对论文进行了总结。

The Research on Safety Risk of Electronic Currency
under The Background of Mobile Internet
Abstract
The development of human society and the application and innovation of money are closely related to the innovation. In particular, the currency plays a fantastic catalytic role in the economy and plays an important role in the economy.In the modern business society, money has been the pronoun of money and money. With the wide application of computer and modern communication technology, "paperless" like the surge wave sweeping the various areas of economic life, electronic money is in the paperless pregnant in the tide and it has a good development, However, because people"s understanding of electronic currency is still not deep enough, so the development of electronic money brings efficiency to the people at the same time, it also brings some problems. In this paper, the basic situation of the electronic money is firstly introduced, and the three aspects of the definition, characteristic and classification of electronic money are introduced.And then put forward the security problems in the process of development of electronic currency, mainly four aspects, respectively, including legal, tax and money laundering, network security issues, and mobile terminal security issues, and aiming at these problems, and puts forward the corresponding China should adopt safety measures. Finally, the paper summarizes the paper.
