摘 要

无线局域网(英文全名：Wireless Local Area Network，简写为WLAN)是由计算机网络和无线通信技术相结合所产生的，利用无线传送方式实现有线局域网的功能，是对有线局域网的一种补充和扩展。

中国的绝大多数中型企业网络都是利用有线的方式实现的，利用无线方案的比较少。由于无线网络的特点是使用便捷、无需布线、工程量减少、维护容易，这将成为在网络技术中是未来的主要趋势，所以在设计无线接入的方案时，既要确保对原有的有线网络的兼容，求以最大可能性地避免资源浪费；也要放眼未来，保证现有技术到未来新型网络技术的平滑过渡。设计和研究 802.11 无线协议，构建一个优秀的无线企业 WLAN 的方案，能大大提高员工的工作效率。

本文对无线局域网的特点和技术做了介绍，并对802.11无线局域网的安全状况进行了研究，以企业无线网络为背景，提出了基于IEEE802.11g协议的系统网络设计方案，在此基础上，进行网络优化研究。

Abstract

Wireless Local-Area Network，or WLAN，is a combination of computer network and wireless telecommunication technology. Since WLAN uses high-frequency radio waves rather than wires as the transmission media, it performs as a supplement and extension of wire-connected LANs.

The vast majority of domestic medium-lot producer network and are based Cable Construction of the way, the lack of wireless-related programmes. Wireless networks because of ease of use, no wiring, construction of low and easy maintenance features, in the future of network technology will become mainstream, wireless access in the design of the programme, it is necessary to ensure that the original cable network Compatible, to the maximum to avoid waste of resources; have to look to the future to ensure that xisting technology to new network technology in the future smooth transition. Design and Reseach of 802.11 wireless protocol, to build a wireless enterprise WLAN outstanding options, can greatly increase the staff work efficiency.

In this paper，the characteristics and technology of wireless local area network have been described and researches the 802.11 wireless LAN security situation .Wireless LAN features and techniques are briefly introduced. Enterprise wireless network as the background, IEEE802.11g protocol proposed system based on network design .On this basis，conducts a detailed study of network optimization.
