我国服务业外商直接投资影响因素研究

摘 要

随着全球化的快速发展，外商直接投资作为国际投资的主要形式，对各国经济的影响日益显著。而服务业作为新兴的第三产业更是逐渐成为了外商投资的重点，服务业外商直接投资对我国经济发展和产业结构调整上都有一定的影响。在此之前，我国外商投资的重点一直在制造业，在服务业上的投资水平一直较低，虽在近些年来有所改善，但仍旧远远的低于发达国家。所以研究我国服务业外商直接投资的影响因素，对我国经济发展和内部产业结构调整都具有重要意义。本论文具体分析了改革开放以来服务业外商投资的现状，以近些年来我国服务业外商直接投资的相关数据为基础，利用理论和实证以及定量定性的分析方法对我国服务业外商直接投资的影响因素进行研究，分析影响因素的影响程度，找出主要的影响因素。借助Eviews软件对影响因素进行相关的线性回归分析，针对我国的对外开放程度，人均消费水平，基础设施，市场规模和城市化水平等因素进行相关研究。分析研究表明，市场规模，居民消费水平以及投资风险与我国服务业外商投资呈正相关；而城市化水平虽然由于一些不可估测的因素与我国服务业外商投资呈扭曲的负相关，但也是影响我国服务业外商投资的因素之一。最后，针对文中的研究结果提出相应的对策。具体为一、政府应采取优惠的政策和加大管理力度；二、加大服务业硬件设施的投入力度，加强服务业的环境建设；三、增加高素质人才供给；四、保持服务业外商直接投资产业结构的平衡。

A study on the influence factors of foreign direct investment in China"s service industry

Abstract

With the rapid development of globaliation,FDI as the main form of international invesment has an obviously effect on the national economic.The service industry as the emerging of the third industry is gradually bacoming the focus of foreign investment, and the foreign direct investment in service industry has a certain influence on the economic development and structure adjustment of industrial .Before that, the focus of foreign investment in China has been in the manufacturing sector, the investment level in the service sector has been relatively low,although it has improved in recent years,and still far below than the developed countries.So It is very important for the economic development and the adjustment of the industrial structure to study of the factors that affects the foreign direct investment in China"s service industry.This article analyzes the current situation of foreign investment in service industry after China carried out reform and open policy,based on the relevant data of FDI in service industry of China in recent years.Research the influencing factors of foreign direct investment in China"s service industry by the method of theoretical and empirical ,quantitative and qualitative analysis,find out the main influencing factor.With the help of Eviews software, the linear regression analysis was carried out to study the factors, such as the degree of opening to the outside world, the level of per capita consumption, the infrastructure, the market size and the level of urbanization.The study shows that the size of the market, the consumption level of residents,the investment risk and the FDI in China"s service industry have a positive correlation.The level of urbanization is negatively correlated with the foreign direct investment in China"s service industry due to some immeasurable factors , but it is also one of the factors that affects the foreign investment in China"s service industry. Finally, according to the research’s results and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.for a specific:One, the government should adopt preferential policies and enlarge the management.Two, increase investment in the service industries’ facilities,and strengthen the environmental construction of services.three, increase the supply of high-quality talents. Four,keeping the structure balance of foreign direct investment of services industry.
