江苏制造业走出“低端锁定”的对策研究

摘 要

江苏制造业是江苏省的支柱性产业，自改革开放以来，经过多年的发展整合，江苏制造业已经形成了一定的规模，并取得了很大的进步。然而从各方面角度看来，江苏制造业仍然处在一个低端锁定的状态，遇到了瓶颈，无法向着更远的方向突破。本文通过首先提出江苏省低端锁定的主要表现在哪些方面，导致这一现状的主要原因是什么，通过SWOT 分析法和罗列数据总结对比分析法对江苏省低端锁定的现状进行分析，最后得出主要结论就是造成江苏省制造业低端锁定现状的主要原因分为物流不完善、产业结构有待升级和自主创新能力低下，并针对分析结论并从政府宏观和企业微观两大层面分别细化到三大角度提出相应的解决对策和建议。从本文第二章开始通过阅读大量的相关文献并总结大致的低端锁定现状及原因并列举相关作者的主要对策建议，第三章通过从物流、产业结构。自主创新能力这三大方面分层具体分析加入数据和SWOT分析法具体细化分析得出低端锁定的主要原因以及突破低端锁定最根本的问题所在就是提升自主创新能力并着重完善物流供应链和产业结构优化升级，第四章分为宏观微观两个层面来研究对策，再将宏观微观层面细分为物流，产业结构和自主创新力三方面具体提出相关对策建议。

The countermeasure research of Jiangsu manufacturing industry out of the "low-end locking"

Abstract

Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu manufacturing industry is a pillar industry, since the reform and opening up, after years of development integration, Jiangsu manufacturing industry has formed a certain scale, and has made great progress. However, all aspects of point of view, Jiangsu manufacturing industry is still in the low end of a locked state, encountered a bottleneck, can not be farther toward the direction of a breakthrough. In this paper, first proposed in Jiangsu Province mainly low-end locked in what areas, leading to what the main reason for this situation is the status of the low-end to lock in Jiangsu Province were analyzed by SWOT analysis and data summary list of comparative analysis, the final was the main conclusion is that the cause of low-end manufacturing in Jiangsu Province into the lock status of the main reason for inadequate logistics, industrial structure upgrading and independent innovation capability to be low, and for the analysis and conclusions from the government"s macro and micro-enterprise level down to two, respectively, propose appropriate countermeasures and suggestions of the three angles. From the second chapter began by reading a lot of literature and summarizes the general situation and the low end of the lock and cited reasons related to the author"s major policy proposals from the third chapter of logistics, industrial structure. Independent innovation capability of these three aspects of data and added tiered concrete analysis SWOT analysis specific and detailed analysis of results and the main reason for the lower end of the lock to break the low-end to lock the most fundamental problem is to enhance the capability of independent innovation and focus on improving the logistics supply chain and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the fourth chapter is divided into two macro and micro level to study countermeasures, then the macro and micro level, broken down into specific suggestions put forward relevant logistics, industrial restructuring and independent innovation in three areas.
