德邦物流快递成本控制研究

摘 要

随着我国物流行业的迅猛发展，物流能力已逐渐占据企业核心能力的一定地位。准确把握好物流成本，对于物流管理的整个体系有着极其重要的意义，并有效提高了企业的整体经济效益以及企业的竞争力。物流成本管理的凸显也逐渐稳固了物流系统的整条产业链。所以，对于企业物流成本管理的研究与应用已是一个不可忽视的战略课题。

当下众多企业意识物流成本控制的重要性，但是因为物流涉及很多企业，致使企业现行的会计核算体系无法发现物流成本的真谛，导致企业无法控制和管理物流成本。德邦现有的成本核算方法，不足以让其成本最优化，只是对其成本进行简单的平摊，为了控制德邦的成本，所以我们只有揭开物流成本的真实面纱，方能有效的控制物流成本，从而为企业创造更多的经济效益。

本文以德邦物流有限公司为研究对象,在探究国内外物流成本管理现状的基础之上,从德邦物流有限公司的快递业务的实际情况分析入手,运用物流成本管理分析,作业成本法,较为系统的提出了德邦物流有限公司在物流成本管理中存在的问题，并提出相应的解决方案。

Logistics capability is gradually gaining significance in the core of enterprises alongside the rapid growth and development of logistic industry within our country. The accuracy over controlling logistical cost is the core of the entire logistical management system, which also enhances the overall economic efficiency and competitively of enterprises. Thus, the management of controlling logistical cost firmly establishes the industrial chain. Therefore, the importance of research and practice of the management of controlling logistical cost within enterprises is too important to be ignored on.

At present, many enterprises have realized the importance of logistics cost control, however, the current accounting systems in modern enterprises are not able to reveal the genuine cost of logistics due to the variation of the types of enterprises, which also leads to the difficulties of logistic cost control and management. Therefore, the only way to effectively control logistics cost with further gains of economic benefit to enterprises, is that we have the capability to discover the truth of logistic control.

In this paper, with Deppon logistics limited for the study, the cost of logistics management situation at home and abroad to explore the basis of the actual situation from Deppon logistics limited of the analysis of the express delivery business, using the logistics cost management analysis, activity-based costing, more the proposed system Deppon logistics limited logistics cost management problems and propose solutions.

第一章 绪论

1.1 选题背景

德邦物流有限公司（以下简称德邦）是中国零担行业的领导者之一，2013年11月1日初试快递业务，明确定位，标准服务，致力于发展“零担式”快递。德邦在人员、公路运输方面具备优势，但从零担物流到快递的转变困难重重。从事快递的人员劳动强度大，公司的营业部门也要更细化，德邦作为直营零担式的物流公司，若德邦采用加盟制则比国内现有的四通一达困难要大很多，但德邦要是继续只做直营则需要公司自己进一步加大投入，在现在的国内快递市场，市场份额已经趋于稳定，德邦对其快递业务的投资举措将很大程度上决定德邦在中国快递行业的市场份额。

从2015年的统计数据来看，我国快递的年业务总量已经超过200亿，目前处于世界第一的地位。从“十二五”以来，我国快递业业务量跟去年同期相比增长了48%，快递业务累计收入达到2400多亿元，与去年同期相比增长35%，以上数据显示，我国快递行业发展迅速，对于发展势头猛劲的物流行业，必须要考虑企业成本控制问题。企业成本涉及企业经济效益及在市场的竞争力，会成为企业又快又好发展的重要因素，因此本文会深入研究物流企业成本控制的问题，也为其他企业提供借鉴。

1.2 选题意义

我国的物流发展水平和物流成本的有效控制还是离发达国家有很大的距离，尽管这几年来我国政策及各种措施都十分偏重于物流行业的发展。为了有效的提高我国物流业的产品竞争力，降低物流成本，必须采取有限的措施，比如有效地控制企业的物流成本，提高企业的效益和效率。物流成本的有效控制，同时也能够促进我国物流服务行业的发展，避免了一些不必要的物流投资，充分发挥物流资源的利用率，对指导我国现有的物流企业的有效管理有着重要的意义，同时对于我国物流行业在国际上的形象也有很大的改善。
