摘 要

目前，B2C 电子商务在快速发展的同时，存在着很多制约其发展的因素，其中物流仓储和配送环节是影响其发展的主要因素。因为我国物流起步较晚，缺乏健全完善的行为监管体系，使得物流服务过程中无法满足B2C电商平台的需求，进而使得电商平台在这个物流信息飞速变化的时代无法充分发挥自身的资源优势。电子商务企业的物流效率已经成为了企业核心竞争力的重要体现,因此对电商企业物流的研究与优化非常重要。

物流仓储模式主要有外包物流仓储和自建物流仓储两种，物流配送模式主要有自营物流配送，外包物流配送和联盟物流配送三种。每种模式都有各自的优势和劣势。本文将在国内外物流仓储配送理论研究的基础之上,结合目前苏宁易购物流管理的现状,就仓储配送管理在我国B2C领域的应用现状进行调研与分析,并且运用先进的管理理论和方法作为指导,并加以研究,运用科学的方法对苏宁易购的仓储配送进行研究分析,以帮助苏宁易购有效地提高物流水平。

Research and Optimization of logistics of Suning Warehousing and Distribution

Abstract

At present, B2C e-commerce in the rapid development at the same time, there are many factors restricting the development of the logistics, warehousing and distribution sectors are the main factors influencing its development. Because of logistics in China started late, the lack of a sound perfect regulation system, the process of logistics services can not meet the demand of B2C electronic business platform, and the platform of electronic business in the era of the rapid changes of logistics information unable to give full play to its advantages in resources. E-commerce logistics efficiency has become an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises, so the research and optimization of the business logistics is very important.

Logistics warehousing model mainly has two kinds of outsourcing logistics storage and self built logistics warehousing, logistics and distribution mode mainly has self logistics distribution, outsourcing logistics and logistics distribution and logistics alliance three. Each model has its own advantages and disadvantages. This paper in domestic and foreign logistics warehousing distribution theory basis, combining with the current status of the Suning purchase logistics management, is the warehousing and distribution management in the field of our country B2C application status of investigation and analysis, and the use of advanced management theory and methods as a guide, and research, using the scientific method of Suning Tesco warehousing and distribution of research and analysis, to help Suning purchase effectively to improve the level of logistics.
