风行茶饮的库存管理问题及对策研究

摘 要

饮品企业的库存是其流动资产的重要组成部分,在企业的资产总额中占很大比重,其管理的好坏将直接关系到饮品企业营运资金的占用水平和运作效率。我国大部分饮品企业的库存管理模式还是沿袭着过去传统的模式,管理的观念和方法都十分保守陈旧。现如今,饮品企业间的竞争不断加剧,饮品企业必须对自身的库存水平十分关注,提高饮品质量,保持充裕的营运资金,才能在这激烈的竞争中处于不败之地。所以库存管理问题是饮品企业必须十分重视且需妥善解决的问题。

本课题从分析风行茶饮的库存管理现状入手,结合饮品业的库存管理的发展趋势,并借助科学的库存控制策略及借鉴同类企业的优秀管理经验,指出风行茶饮在库存管理中存在的问题,总结经验教训,最终提出具体的符合风行茶饮实际情况的改进方案。

Abstract

Drinks enterprise"s inventory is an important part of its current assets, account for a large proportion in the total assets of the enterprise, its management is good or bad will directly related to beverage enterprise working capital takes up level and operational efficiency. Inventory management mode in most of the beverage enterprises in China still carry on the past the traditional pattern, obsolete management ideas and methods are very conservative. Increasing competition nowadays, drinks between enterprises, drink enterprises must be paid great attention to its own inventory levels, improve the quality of the drink, keep plenty of working capital, can be in the invincible position in the fierce competition. So inventory management problem is drink enterprises must attach great importance to and properly solve the problem.

This topic from the analysis of the inventory management present situation of popular tea, combined with the drinks industry the development trend of inventory management, and with the help of scientific inventory control strategies and draw lessons from excellent management experience of similar enterprises, points out that the popular tea in inventory management problems, summarize experience and lessons, and finally puts forward concrete accord with the actual situation of popular tea improvement program.
