摘 要

如今，我国的农业产业进一步发生了变革，从原来农业电商、农业现代化转变为如今的“互联网＋农业”，这是将互联网与传统农业相融合，让农业接受网络科技、时享信息、网络营销等，后期还会涉及到“互联网＋金融”等。互联网对我国农业的发展模式产生了极大地影响，让现今的农业产业链从生产、流通到销售都发生了极大地变化。

“互联网 农业”是一种新型的发展形势，不在局限于传统的生产经营活动，传统农业的模式也会发生本质上的改变，而本文研究的是“互联网 农业”发展模式，着重于农业产业链的发展模式，这种模式会从根本上减少甚至是除去中间环节，降低交易成本，提高效率。根据现今已实现的以及为实现的模式进行分析，并进行对策研究，取优补劣，采取战略性举措来促进“互联网＋”与现代农业的有机结合，让中国农业从根本上变革。

本文先通过文献研究法对“互联网＋”以及“互联网＋农业”的一些相关概念进行解释引导全文，接着利用探索性研究法对这种发展模式下的产业链进行研究，了解生产、流通、销售中各个环节在这种模式下的不足与使用这种模式的优势，最后通过案例分析法对宜兴万石镇在“互联网＋农业”这种模式下水芹的产销过程采取的措施以及存在的不足展开讨论，展望未来农业。

"Internet plus Agriculture" Model of Development and Countermeasure Research -- Taking Yixing Stone Town as An Example

Abstract

In the "Internet " concept proposed, industry of our country agriculture further changes, from the original agricultural business, the transformation of agricultural modernization to today"s "Internet agriculture". This is will the Internet and traditional agricultural integration, to agricultural science and technology network, when sharing information, network marketing, the latter will relate to "Internet financial". Internet of our country agriculture development model produced a great influence, let today"s agriculture industry chain from production, circulation and sales have undergone great changes.

"Internet plus agriculture" is a kind of new development situation, is not confined to the traditional production and business activities, the traditional agriculture mode will change essentially, and this study is the "Internet plus agriculture" development model, development model focuses on the agricultural industry chain, this model will fundamentally reduce even removing the intermediate links, reduce transaction costs and improve efficiency. According to the current has been realized as well as the implementation of the model are analyzed, and countermeasures, and take the poor, take strategic measures to promote the "Internet " combined with modern agriculture, let China agriculture change radically.

Firstly through the method of literature research of "Internet " and "Internet agriculture" of some related concepts were interpretation to guide the whole paper, then the exploration of research method of the industrial chain to research, to understand the production, circulation, sales each link in this model the problem with the use of the advantages of this model. Finally, through the case analysis method of Yixing Wan Shi Zhen in the "Internet agriculture" this mode of cress production process to take measures and existing problems are discussed and looking into the future of agriculture.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

2015年中央一号文件中提出：中国要强，农业必须强。围绕建设现代农业，加快转变农业发展方式^[1]。农业要想有飞跃的进不就需要创新发展，发展精确、生态、智能化农业。互联网和农业，一个是现代必不可少的高科技，一个是传统产业，两者原本无交集，但是，将互联网与传统农业二者相融合，让互联网技术渗透到传统农业中，不仅能够深度改造农业，还能够彻底打破传统农业的生产、经营、流通、销售、服务模式。随着“互联网＋农业”这种全新的模式出现，随之农业的产业链模式也会发生大变革，也会将传统农业过渡到智能化农业。

1.2 研究目的及意义

中国传统农产品的生产销售模式有很多弊病，农产品供应链冗长、复杂，使生产者提供的信息与消费者了解的信息不对称，农民收入很难增加，而且消费者还需要花费大量时间和精力去购买他们所需要的农产品，所以“互联网 农业”的推出将会强有力地改变此现象。通过互联网与农业的联合，扁平化交易模式能够大幅度减少产销的盲目性，农产品网络营销降低了传统营销模式中对时间的要求以及对流通空间的限制，节约时间拉近距离，降低了交易中的成本。“互联网 农业”将互联网金融以及新的农业信息技术融透到农业生产、流通、交易中去，将农业的生产供应销售体系紧密结合，使现代化农业积极发展。而本文的研究目的就是对基于“互联网＋”的农业产业链进行分析，从而找出适合现今农业的产业链模式。

“互联网＋”对于传统行业而言是重大的机遇，“互联网 农业”就是将互联网和农业有效的融合，让传统农业升级，提高产业效益，让农民增收。“互联网＋农业”可以从生产、流通、营销、服务等方面进行改善，让农产品实现生产、流通、销售等全程的透明度，改变农产品消费市场，减少收集、流通、销售的中间过程，节约时间，降低交易成本，逐步消除生产和消费之间的鸿沟，吸引消费者。本文研究的意义是为了让农业在未来有更好的发展，将理论依据转化为实践，所以从产业链方面作了关于“互联网 农业”的研究。

1.3 研究思路及研究方法

本文通过查找文献，了解“互联网＋农业”发展模式，并对实际案例进行分析。研究前要对“互联网＋”和“互联网 农业”的概念进行了解，找出农业产业链的特点，并对其进行对策分析，最后用一个案例来论证“互联网＋农业”模式。
