摘 要

对外直接投资是我国“走出去”战略部署的核心部分，是改革开放不断深入以来的重要对外经济活动，越来越受到国家的重视。江苏省作为我国开放型经济的重要代表，江苏省的对外贸易也逐步向高层次发展，成为我国发展对外直接投资中的重要支柱。本文以相关理论为依托，分析江苏省对外直接投资的现状，并基于此分析对外直接投资下的产业升级的问题及发展建议。

探讨对外直接投资和产业升级之间的关系，对外直接投资促进产业升级的内在机制、对外贸易促进产业结构升级的作用途径，最后就江苏省的对外直接投资得出相关结论提出相关政策建议。本文前半部分阐述了研究背景和研究意义，综述了国内外相关文献，说明了本文的主要内容和文章框架。其次，通过梳理对外直接投资与产业升级的概念及其相关理论，了解江苏省的对外直接投资现状及其产业升级现状。然后，基于对我省对外直接投资及其产业升级概况的分析，探讨对外直接投资和产业升级之间的关系和发展过程中的突出问题。第四，在前文的基础上分析了对外直接投资促进产业升级的内在机制再分析。最后对江苏省对外直接投资现状及其产业升级效应发展提出相应对策。

The upgrade Effects of Jiangsu Province’s Outward Foreign Direct Investment on the Industrial Structure

Abstract

Foreign direct investment is China"s "going out" a core part of the strategic plan is an important foreign economic activity since the deepening of reform and opening up, more and more national attention. Jiangsu Province as an important representative of our open economy, foreign trade in Jiangsu Province gradually to a higher level, and has become the development of foreign direct investment is an important pillar.
