摘 要

21世纪是飞速发展的经济时代，高新技术产业是知识经济的重要产业，越来越成为各国提高国际竞争力的重要领域，由此而受到重视。建国以来，我国对高新技术产业越来越注重，在高新技术产业上也投入越来越多。我国航天技术、生物科技等领域取得的成就，更加提高了我国高新技术产品的国际竞争力。江苏，作为全国的经济强市，在高新技术产业上更是重视。因此，本文主要研究江苏高新技术产品的出口竞争力及其影响因素，旨在提高江苏省高新技术产品的出口竞争力。

首先，本文引言部分主要描述了本课题的研究背景以及研究的意义，对国内外的文献进行了综述，对本文的主要内容和框架进行了说明。其次，本文归纳了江苏高新技术产品的出口现状，主要是从江苏高新技术产品出口的总体情况、贸易方式、产业分布、地区分布这几个方面进行说明。江苏高新技术产品的出口总体呈现上升的趋势，主要是以出口贸易为主，加工贸易以及一般贸易为辅，苏南五市的高新技术产业产值有着明显的优势。但是，江苏省高新技术产品在技术创新的投入、自助创新能力以及支持体系上有待提高。第三，本文从江苏省高新技术产品的竞争条件和出口竞争能力的评价进行分析。主要从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持产业、同业竞争、政府和机遇方面研究额竞争条件；同时，用国际市场占有率、贸易竞争指数、商品结构转换率分析高新技术产品的出口竞争力水平，由此得出的结论是，江苏的高新技术产品较全国而言，有着较强的出口竞争力，其出口竞争力正在不断的加强。第四，江苏省的高新技术产品的竞争力虽然整体上呈现上升的趋势，但是还有需要提高的地方，比如提高江苏企业的自助创新能力，完善政府对于高新技术企业的支持政策，加强科学的部署等。相信在江苏企业和政府的共同支持下，江苏高新技术产业能够有更大的出口竞争力。

Jiangsu Province High and New Technology Export Trade Present Situation and the Analysis of International Competitiveness

Abstract

The 21st century is the era of rapid economic development, high-tech industry is an important industry knowledge economy, it has increasingly become an important area country to improve international competitiveness, thus attention. Since the founding of our high-tech industry increasingly focused on high-tech industries also invested more and more. Field of space technology, biotechnology, and other achievements, to further improve the international competitiveness of China"s high-tech products. Jiangsu, as the country"s economic powerhouses in the high-tech industry is valued. Therefore, this paper studies the export competitiveness of high-tech products in Jiangsu and its influencing factors, aimed at improving the export competitiveness of high-tech products in Jiangsu Province.

Firstly, the introduction describes the background and significance of this topic, domestic and foreign literature reviewed, the main content and framework of this paper has been described. Secondly, this paper summarizes the status of the export of high-tech products in Jiangsu, mainly from the general situation in Jiangsu high-tech exports, trade, industrial distribution; regional distribution of these aspects will be described. Exports of high-tech products in Jiangsu overall upward trend, mainly export trade, processing trade and general trade, supplemented by five cities in southern Jiangsu"s high-tech industry output value has obvious advantages. However, high-tech products in Jiangsu Province on investment in technology innovation, self-innovation capability, and support system need to be improved. Third, this paper analyzes the competitive conditions and evaluates the export competitiveness of high-tech products in Jiangsu Province. The main factors of production from the amount of competitive conditions, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, competition, government and opportunities; at the same time, with a market share of international trade competition index, commodity structure of export competitiveness conversion rate analysis of the level of high-tech products thus it concluded that Jiangsu high-tech products than the national level, has a strong export competitiveness, its export competitiveness is constantly strengthened. Fourth, the competitiveness of high-tech products in Jiangsu Province, although showing an upward trend overall, but there is need to improve the place, such as increased self-innovation capability of Jiangsu enterprises, improve the government"s policy support for high-tech enterprises, and strengthen scientific deployment. I believe in the common support of Jiangsu enterprises and government, high-tech industries in Jiangsu to have greater export competitiveness.

第一章 绪论

1.1 本课题研究的背景

高新技术产业在世界经济的发展过程中成为了不可缺少的驱动力。一个国家的国际竞争力，乃至一个国家在世界经济发展中的地位，都可以由高新技术产业的发展水平来决定，而且还能决定国家在海内外贫富两极分化的国家中的出路。高新技术产业的发展状况反映出一个国家、一个地区的科技发展水平，是国家和地区进行科技发展规划、战略，宏观管理的重要根据。所以各级政府和社会大众越来越关心，受到了广泛的关注。经济发展的动力和活力主要由高新技术产业的领域，它的发展水平和转变态势等方面决定。
