高校考试管理系统—考试安排及管理

摘 要

随着高等教育事业的飞速发展与计算机新技术的不断创新，人类所生存的社会已经成为信息化大时代的社会，人们对信息与数据的处理基本都已经进入了计算机自动化处理的时代。与此同时，各大高校的扩大招生数也使得了学校在管理方面产生了压力，在这些压力中，最明显的还是考试安排了，随着人数的增加，手动安排考试会给相应的工作人员增加负担，而且也不一定会安排出合理的安排表。因此设计一个高校考试管理系统是十分必要的。

本系统的设计主要功能是考试安排及管理，其功能有：1、自动生成各种视角的考试安排表 2、各种安排表的录入、查询、修改等维护 3、能生成成绩空白表。通过这些功能，不仅可以合理利用校方的资源，也减轻了工作人员的压力，是一个用途很广，并被高校所需要的系统。

Abstract

With the continuous innovation of the new rapid development of computer technology and higher education., The survival of mankind society has become the era of information society, people"s processing of information and data basically has entered the era of computer automatic processing.at the same time, The expansion of college enrollment number also makes the school stresses in management, In these pressures, the most obvious is the examination arrangement,With the increase in the number, manual examination arrangements will increase the burden on the corresponding staff,but not necessarily will arrange a reasonable schedule.therefore the design of a college examination management system is very necessary.

The design of the system’s main function is to test arrangement and management,the function have:1. From the perspective the automatic generation of a variety of exam schedule. 2.Various schedule entry, query, modify and maintenance etc. 3.Can generate results blank table. Through these functions,Not only can make reasonable use of the resources, but also reduce the pressure of workers,Is a very wide use, and is the required system of colleges and Universities

第一章 引言

1.1课题研究背景及意义

考试是检查教学质量与结果的重要检测手段，其目的是帮助学生发现自己不足之处，并且能培养学生的自学能力，巩固已学过的，加深已会的知识的印象。同时，教师也可以通过考试成绩对每个学生进行对应的辅导，提高高校教学质量。但是，现在的考试安排还有一部分高校是进行手工安排的，对于现在的国内高校招生情况来讲，手工排课已经不能满足校方的要求了。高校中，学生的基数越来越大，相应的，班级数也会随之增加，这样一来如果是手工安排考试的话，会加大了工作人员的工作量，同时也可能出现安排考试出错等现象，是十分麻烦的一件事。

随着计算机技术的发展与网络科技的普及，利用计算机来安排考试以及成为了主流。所以，本系统设计的通过MyEclipse与sql server设计了一个高校考试安排系统，本系统能通过数据库添加基础数据，然后在更具这些基础数据就可是实现自动安排考试，该系统能产生各种视角的考试安排表，使考场、老师等资源充分利用起来，避免了校方资源的不必要浪费。同时也减轻了安排考试的老师的工作量，也不会出现安排错误的情况。
