摘 要

在当今各种商务活动日益频繁，宾馆服务行业正面临着客流量骤增的压力。传统的管理方法已经不能适合当今社会的需要，现在越来越多的酒店、宾馆都已经认识到了，先进的计算机信息技术来对对客房服务进行管理是必然的趋势。信息时代的到来既是机遇也是挑战，已成为提高宾馆酒店管理效率、改善服务水准，采用全新的计算机网络和酒店、宾馆信息管理系统。在某种意义上，现代化酒店宾馆的重要标志就是客房管理的信息化。客房管理是酒店宾馆管理的核心任务。

这个系统由前台和后台管理两个部分组成。前台是与用户进行直接交互的可视化界面，能将系统的各种功能提供给用户，以帮助用户进行科学有效的客房管理。后台管理主要由数据库支持，用于特殊情况下的数据备份和恢复。现在Hibernate和Struts都是Java中比较流行的框架，在行业类的应用是非常广泛。Hibernate作为一个开放源代码的对象关系映射框架，它对JDBC的对象封装是轻量级的，使得Java的开发人员可以通过对象编程思想来操纵数据库。Struts是一个基于Oracle JavaEE平台的MVC框架，它主要是集合了Servlet和JSP技术。

酒店客房管理系统是典型的管理信息系统,其开发主要包含后台数据库和前台应用程序的开发。客房管理系统可以实现对客房进行有效的科学化、规范化、信息化的管理。该系统功能主要有使用人员管理、入住管理、客房管理、预定管理、会员管理、收益管理、退房管理等。客房管理系统是根据酒店对客房管理的现实情况进行设计的，其主要目的是为了使酒店对客房的管理工作更加便捷和科学，用来提高整个酒店管理工作的效率。

Design and implementation of hotel management system

Abstract

In today"s economic and commercial exchanges have become increasingly frequent situation,the hotel service industry is Link e sudden pressure flow. More and more hotels, are aware of the traditional management method has not suited to the needs of the society, must use the advanced computer information technology for room service management. Facing the opportunities and challenges in the information age, the use of new computer network and hotel, hotel information management system, improve management efficiency, Hotel has become one of the important means to improve the standard of service, in a sense,the guest room management information has become an important symbol of the modernization of the hotel. Room management is the core task of hotel management.

This system consists of two parts front and back office management. The front desk is a visual interface for direct interaction with the user, can provide a variety of functions of the system to the user, a scientific and efficient hotel management to help users. Background from the main database management support for data backup and recovery under special conditions.Now Hibernate and Struts are more popular in the framework of Java, is widely used in industry applications. Hibernate is an open source object relational mapping framework, it of JDBC are lightweight object encapsulation, the Java programmers to manipulate database by using the object oriented programming thought. Struts is a framework based on MVC Oracle J2EE platform, mainly using Servlet and JSP technology to realize.

Hotel management system is a typical management information system, its development mainly includes the backstage database development and application foreground. Room management system can realize the room for effective scientific, standardization, information management. The main functions of the system include occupancy management, room management, booking management, membership management, revenue management, check-out management etc.. Room management system is designed according to the practical situation of the hotel to the guest room management, its main purpose is to make the hotel management more convenient and scientific work to the guest room, to improve the efficiency of hotel management.

酒店客房管理系统是在当今的市场环境下，依据酒店管理的实际需求进行设计编写的，目的在于快速精准全面地实现酒店客房的查询和管理的信息化管理需求，提高酒店客房管理的工作效率。当今现代化酒店都以客房管理的科学化、系统化、信息化作为未来的管理的目标追求。为了实现这些目标，各个酒店都应配备一套这样的客房管理系统，便于快速响应旅客，便捷回应他们的需求，提供更加高效快捷的优质服务。客房管理系统是酒店各种信息化管理软件中一个重要的组成部分，它与日常酒店管理工作息息相关，是重要的酒店管理应用系统。一个好的酒店客房管理系统可以大幅度改善酒店管理的基础环境。为使得我们的系统更加适应于酒店客房管理的实际运用工作中去，我们需要进行多次深入的调研和细致谨慎的考察，使其更贴合实际运用，更符合信息化管理的实际需求，得到更多使用者的接受认可。
